West Bromwich Albion vs Newcastle United - 28/11/17 @ 8pm

Think I'd be really pleased with a point here, which shows how grim things are at the minute. I'm going to Stamford Bridge on Saturday -
Maybe people will just call it as they see it? He was utterly diabolical at times and has improved considerably in the two most recent games. Plenty of people were saying he was definitely shit forever though. It's like a race to have your judgement on a player known on here at times.

Maybe people won't be in such a rush to call a promising youngster that is new to the league incurably diabolical next time, doubt it though.

Baffling how a PL club never took a punt on him sooner, he's been around for ages and has always looked decent. -
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he played attacking football.
-
Another PL job. Mike Ashley completely rejuvenated his career.

Eh I thought you agreed with me I do. Was being ironic. Fair do's, nees

Especially with the heckling.

Worst thing he's ever done IMO. Hope they told him told him to wait his turn, the fackin old cant. Fucking hate cunts that do stuff like that, it's all of these small things that stack up and make the world a worse place.

What a wanker. First we find out Piers Morgan is a sex offender and now Haydn is a liar. What next? Hads on, Haydn's a liar. And also I learnt earlier on that buyers are liars. Could it be? -

basic gist of it is he thinks 300m is undervaluing the club (380m is what he thinks) and the potential relegation clauses are very unusual and thinks it unlikely that Ashley would accept them, both smart business people and nufc great prospect to buy Funny how he's finally going on like we're of value now he wants to sell us. After years of carrying on like we weren't. -

It's nothing like buying house. If you need a new roof your income doesn't suddenly get cut significantly. They know what they are buying. You cant start negotiating a new boiler 6 months after a purchase, or saying i can only buy this property on the grounds that boiler stays in tip top shape for the remainder of the year. Wtf you have me comparing us to a boiler now to make a point. Point is a relegation clause for a club isnt going to work or happen imo. The last boiler I bought came with a 2 year guarantee it wouldn't get relegated to the Championship tbf, quite common these days. -

Didn't he buy the club for £240m, and then pay off debt worth £110m through his interest free loan? Would be interested to know how much he has put in, but it's irrelevant really - the amount of money he's been robbing for the club year-on-year. The first bid was never going to be the 'right' one to him - we just have to hope that this strong signal of intent means they're prepared to go the extra mile for us and fingers crossed the fat c*** will agree to 'meet in middle' somewhere. He bought the club for £135m. He's in line to more than double his money after the s**** he has served up for 10 years, and it's still not enough for the c***. He effectively paid a lot more than that for the club though mind, with the debt. Which has risen in his tenure, due to his own failings. And was his fault, since he didn't check the books properly. I get the impression the debt is not factored in to the price of the club. They would have to pay Ashley back the loan, either now or later, in addition to the cost of buying the club. Well that's what I was asking about above and the answer was that the price will include the debt. No idea either way like but it doesn't seem to get mentioned too much in the coverage. Pretty important factor in all of this like, that 130m quid, that's why I was asking -

Aye, apparently £133 million original purchase price plus the debt comes to around £265 million he has in the club Interesting, cheers. 300m sounds a good deal for all parties then imo, he'll be lucky as fuck to get away from this with a profit the way he's run the club.
