For Man Utd to have won the league at a canter this season given the quality of both squads is unreal. They have had 2 ridiculously hard Champions League groups mind, that's the only thing I will say for Mancini. Might have done alright in that competition otherwise. The thing is that it's possible for a player to make the most of it and for it to still be a pen, I think that was one of those situations. The Wigan player was in a good position which was cut short by the Man City player making contact with him and sending him down, I think it's a penalty.
