  1. Hopefully Nee chance we're watching any of them sodding wedding programmes then.
  2. This is going to be a great game, isn't it?
  3. Hadn't even considered Kuqi. Assuming he gets released.
  4. It's not even a pun. It's just decent wordplay that lazy fuckers on here don't even bother with. Bloody students. Can't do wordplay, too many assignments. Raise your game, Neil.
  5. Ameobi Best Lovenkrands Ranger Who do you keep? Who do you get rid of? How much of our budget goes on strikers this summer? I think we have to keep Ameobi and Best, get rid of Peter and possibly loan out Ranger, dependent on our transfers in. Up front is clearly the area to focus our efforts on this summer imo. Need at least 2 forwards in, even if Ben Arfa and possibly Ireland can play off the forward. Any money needs to be spent on strikers predominately, and then cover in full back / wing positions. This is assuming no major transfers out, which is quite an assumption to make.
  6. They missed a good few sitters tonight come to think of it, I'd already blocked it out of my memory. Whereas we had loads of pressure with mostly half chances. Admittedly Lovenkrands' half chances would have looked like proper chances if it was a better striker. Not having a go like, he did OK tonight.

This Allardyce shit just won't go away, will it? We're glad we got rid of the fat, useless dinosaur cunt. Get the fuck over it man, Christ Almighty.
  8. if only we'd known, we could've chased the prick out of town earlier. I tried. Everyone else said we 'had' to play him.

He barely exists in the public eye now though surely. Speaks volumes that he's so happy to play for Man Utd reserves. No passion for the game, not for a long time and for a while he was getting paid £100k a week regardless. Used to really rate him as well, as a player and even as a person he seemed alright.

Could you imagine Owen popping round to Ronaldos gaff after someone has just said Xisco is shite, Colo is overpaid, Haye & Khan are doing British boxing proud, some has stole his sopranos box set & Nandos has ran out of chicken.

1 boo and the rest follow. That was my dad, that was. He booed, the rest of the ground followed. Wow at Owen, fucking hell.
  13. Where's that brochure? Needs to whack 'try-hard WUM' on his list of attributes.
  14. Was a daft way to say it to be honest. Just meant that I think the TV viewing might make him appear better then he actually is at times. His tracking back today was only once Enrique held up O'Shea, which I can imagine doesn't look half as bad on the telly compared at the ground where you see O'Shea burn 10 yards a head of Gutierrez, who doesn't start to run until Enrique has held up O'Shea. See, I kind of know what you mean now. Don't know if it's something you can apply to Jonas generally, mind. Been at the match loads of times when he's been relentlessly buzzing about, arguably too much at times in terms of him not conserving his energy. He's certainly not a 'stand around with your hands on your hips' type of player, ever, anyway.
  15. Aye, its not as simple as I put it down in words, but that's the feeling I get. People were talking about his work rate, while watching him on telly. Watching him during the game he was letting O'Shea run at Enrique, and only tracking back once Enrique had held him up. Wasn't running back with O'Shea, yet people on here seem to think he did well at that. He had better game attacking wise like, I'll give him that. I was watching on telly tonight and I mentioned in another thread that I noticed a few times that he'd drifted inside without offering support to Enrique. As a result Enrique was up against 2 while Jonas was wandering around looking a bit lazy, frankly. Agree that he looked quite lax in that respect tonight and could have been punished, but he's usually good as gold in terms of tracking back on the whole.
  16. Why? Just the ones I know don't go to the games on this forum always rave about him, while the ones that do go to the games seem to be able to discuss good and bad points to his game. Well that's a different point entirely. Who are these loons that don't see his bad points? He's a proper 20p mix-up, can't be going on like he's faultless or owt, but I've grown to like him.
  17. Holy fuck, that works out actually - I proper hated Jonas when I was at St Andrews watching him set up our 2 goals. Mental argument. I notice little difference in my perception of him whether I'm there or watching it on the telly.
  18. Officially love him. He's a fucking idiot but so are most people I love.
  19. I would think we'll go all out until the end of the season, maybe introducing more youngsters as our league position becomes actually guaranteed. I hope we don't peter out now, I want us to convince the players who are worried about the future. Another 2 or 3 wins could do wonders.
  20. Fookin bipolar I tell thee Catherine Zeta Pilko.
  21. Nice unnecessary dig. We outplayed them for much of the first half. Better teams than us have hung on / rolled over versus them this season.
  22. Pretty sure the teams at the bottom will be disappointed that we're the ones playing them since: - They're looking increasingly doomed, getting turned over every game. - This is exactly the type of game where we roll over, see Aston Villa and various other examples down the years. - We're effectively midtable and have nothing to play for. Nevertheless I'd be really disappointed with anything less than a point and we should get three really. We owe them one for what happened at our place.
