I think we signed Tonali as his replacement last summer for this summer but obviously his ban fucked those plans as he didn’t get the year to bed in.

Things have gone stale but I think the clubs as much at fault as Howe is. We haven’t backed him in a window for a year and the squad is still largely made up of players who were rightfully bottom of the league when he took over.

Great performance tonight and glad we got something out of it as it was least we deserved. Didn’t like Murphy starting and thought he was poor. We’re screaming out for a right winger and have been for years. Most important thing is following this up on Sunday with a similar performance. We’ve raised our game at home against the big teams a couple times already this season and they’ve been false dawns.

Not a chance Willock should be starting after last couple games. He’s been so poor.

The 4-3-3 has been figured out by every team in the league. He needs to refresh us. Heard an interview with Glasner before the game and he pretty much said exactly what our formation was going to be, who was going to be playing where and what their individual roles will be for us.

I don’t get what he’s seeing in Gordon to consistently keep picking him. He’s been poor all season and maybe some time on the bench will light a fire under him.

Him and Hall are only ones who had a decent game. Played his way into the team.
