No news is good news when your winning 3-0 at half time.
-
Forest 4-0 up.
-
Don't worry, just passion about the team, nothing to worry about unless they knock each other out.
-
Haha, boro should of had a pen, but didn't, but nooo, Hull draw level.
-
Sounds like we have done well enough to play out the 2nd half, atleast that is so far.
-
Rejoice, Wigan lead, only just over 10 minute left, and Peterboro level.
-
5-1 to West Ham, Burnley score.
-
Random hatred of Swansea? Do they not deserve to be where they are atm, like? So where's your excuse for the supposed celebration of your fellow Everton supporters at OUR relegation last year - at their away match, Why the hell should that cause Everton fans to celebrate ? Because if they want to get clean they have to share a bath with their older more sexually active brother, otherwise they go dirty and then have ni chace of landing a catch. We go down a league and we can still afford to fill our own bath etc, yet they stay up in the league above and have to sit and watch their older more confident brother sing into the back scrubber with a bigger todger than them! I think that applies to the red half of Merseyside and not the blue.

I'm assuming Steven and not Ryan.
-
Surely since they first half was complete, and they were into the 2nd half when it was called off, they should only have to replay the 2nd half again, I know similar things happen in Spain etc, sometime they only have to play the last half an hour of a game.

what happened? Waterlogged pitch.
-
Smoggies lead again.
-
Rooney hatrick, this is doing wounders for my fantasy football, and Chelsea and Liverpool play tomorrow, so hopefully Benayoun and Lampard can get some goals for me, so too it would be great is Defoe scored tomorrow aswell.
-
Peterboro level against the Smoggies.
-
2 goals for Rooney today so far, thats good for my fantasy football team.
-
He's good but only a fraction of talented as what Krul is?

The last 5 games, they've probably been the better team in all of them tbh Not good enough to take their chances though, you are only as good as your results, and not what could of been. There has been many of time Newcastle have outclassed teams and taken nothing away from the game, the reason, because we wern't good enough to take our chances. On Monday night, PNE were arguably the better team, but they wern't good enough to take there chances and we were, in the end that makes us the better team, the same applies for Portsmouth.
-
I honestly don't think Portsmouth's squad as a whole is good enough for the Premiership, there are a few I would pick that are, but one or two don't make a team. Unless they can get some good decennt players in, in the Januray transfer window then I cannot see them staying up, regardless who they bring in as manager. For the record, Darren Ferguson is now leading the chase for the job.
-
I think a "Newcastle get promoted with record points, win the Premiership when they come up, then go and win the Chamions League the following year" thread should be first.

Will not be Avram Grant though. Sounds like they have already chosen who they want though, Curbishley?

Pile of s****. If you fancy dipping into your own pocket for my football and tennis equipment in future, I'll happily avoid the place. You do what you like. I haven't bought anything from there for over a year and won't be as long as Ashey is being a c***. Pile of s****. Buy from who you like. Personally I don't want to put the money into Ashley's other companies, but obviously you don't mind. but you'll buy nike and such who use child labour etc. And if she didn't, and other didn't, it would mean those children wouldn't have a job, wouldn't get the little money the do get, and would probs starve to death, it's not other people fault other countries don't have minimum wage, working hours control's like we do here. Does the problme lie with the consumers?, the companies who exploit the lack of laws to prevent it from happening, or the countries who refuse to take note of it, allow it to happen? Most of the time I buy frigging George from Asda especially for the bairns. I buy enough FairTrade stuff to salve my conscience thanks very much. To be fair, I was actually sticking up for you, by stating the pint that I myself stand by. Aye I was replying to Madras, sorry for the confusion and thanks for sticking up for me. No probs then.

They could, but why would they, the company you work for could possibly pay you double what you actually earn, but they don't need to, so why do it? it doesn't make good business sense. They would actually prefer to pay you less, and no doubts would love to pay you less then minimum wage, but can't because it's the law. Other countries don't have that law, hence there workers get exploited, it's not my fault is some kid in Asia is the victim of relaxed rules and labour laws in there own country. But also, what happens if these companies didn't pay that child 20p a day?, it maybe little, but it's the little they need to survive, they don't have a social system like ours to keep you alfoat if you don't have a job.

And you don't think the £20m put into the club, and the stadium name chagne are connected? So for one minute you don't think that £20m is from Sports Direct, and wrote off what we owe them? You don't for one minute think that some of that money is for the name change? I do. I was actually taking the piss. Thats ok then.
