  1. So we literally play out 3 of the 5 minutes added on by Arsenal being on the deck and whinging like kids and we get no extra time added on. Honestly man, our players need to push Jesus away when he’s preventing the free kicks from being taken. When Ramsdale hold on to the ball for ages we need to be jumping around in front of the referee for him holding it for too long. Anyone on the bench/coaching staff who wants to spark Xhaka out? Sky saying we are lucky not to be more than 1 goal down. Honestly man we have had just as many good chances as they have. If we were level no one could complain. We have not been as bad as some have made us out to be, ok we have been nowhere near our best, but have still created really good chances that should have been put away.
  2. We never did it then the last time out, they did it to themselves.
  3. Stuff like that man, if you are the at injured then you have to go off for 5 minutes for treatment, don’t allow it on the pitch.
  4. Someone needs to break Jesus’ legs.
  5. Not allowed to compete for the ball like?
  6. Surely we should have been given possession then?
  7. Excellent, now only 1 league away from the Women’s Super League pathway.
  8. I was just about to say that, they can keep falling all the way down to the Home Counties League.
  9. Yeah I think Villa and Spurs play each other.
  10. We were already guaranteed 7th with the way the remaining fixtures were.
  11. Yeah, that means no DAZN. I think some clubs, especially lower league clubs were a bit apprehensive to drop the 3pm KO, and I guess they weren’t confident of it passing a vote. They could have got past that if they decided to give League One & Two clubs a bigger share so that it would outweigh any loss in crowds, and you know, have been able to allow them to sell tickets at much less.
  12. The EFL have agreed a new TV rights deal with Sky. The 3pm KO blackout remains, but they will be putting 6 12:30pm Saturday KO’s from the Championship, League One, and League Two on per weekend. All League Cup, EFL trophy, bank holiday, 1st games of the season, last game of the season, midweek, Christmas, and New Year games will be shown on TV. Sky are to launch a streaming service/red button for it. All lives games will have commentary, and multiple camera angles, and iFollow will cease to exist in the U.K. The deal is worth 50% more than the previous deal, but less than the deal DAZN offered for every single game.
  13. I honestly don’t know why we get so much stick for away fans being placed in level 7. It’s a great view from up there to be honest, aye ok it looks fucking shit on a camera phone, but in person it’s a great view. If you are complaining about the stairs, then get the lift, which away fans are made aware of. If you have been before and know how many stairs there is, then it’s on you for sitting in the pub and getting fucked before you go up them be honest.
  14. This game I just want out of the way, and I wished we played it in midweek. It’s the game left that we have that we are most likely to lose in, I’m not saying that we will or think that we will, but I just want to be past not knowing what result is and move onto our other games. Arsenal are not the side that we played earlier in the season, nor are they the side they were a month ago to be honest. They got a win in midweek but that was against a Chelsea team in free fall, and I don’t think it counts for much. Any of the possible results are realistic for this game, I’m not confident and I guess I also dread that we will lose it, because then that may allow nerves to get in, at least amongst the fan base. Right now I can’t call it, and to be honest that may actually form a basis of an argument that this could be a draw, and I would snatch your hand off for that right now. With our remaining fixtures, I know we’ll probably get at least 6 points, and I think we are good for 9, and could achieve all 12. I just want this Arsenal game over, and hopefully have at least a point in the bag, because if we get that, it’s difficult to see us slipping up.
  15. On the radio before they were giving the odds out for the top 4, and they mentioned the battle for it and just said it was between Man Utd and Liverpool, obviously assuming we have our place. It was one of their betting partner experts who was saying it as well.
  16. A couple of years ago they got into financial difficulty and agreed a financial plan with the EFL on the condition that they got a suspended points deduction. Earlier this year they failed to comply with the financial plan.
  17. We’ll need 7 to finish above them and Liverpool, and I think we’ll get that.
  18. If Brighton fail to win tonight, then they fall in the same points bracket as Liverpool, 7 points and they can’t catch us.
