  1. When did Cisse make excuses last year? And personally I don't think this goal return was bad considering he spent a while on the wing and the rest of the season on his own up front with the rest of the team scared to leave our own defensive third.
  2. he's still ony 20, so would say the next couple of seasons are really when he should be getting first team experience and pushing forwards with his development really, still plenty of time for him imo.
  3. Being less of a car crash than us is considered being successful on wear side though.
  4. Would explain why Kinnear likes him.
  5. Problem for them is, unlike us, who two quality signings could really make a big difference, they've just got those two good players, surrounded by players who probably belong in the championship really .
  6. I think its great, i mean, i would hate anything like that at SJP, but its good or a laugh for us other fans
  7. Seriously, why can't they take pens
  8. Undeserved equaliser. decent set piece though.
  9. this coverage feels so light hearted/amatureish it feels like a horrible mix between Eurovision/ITV
  10. tbf, Norwich had the worst side in the league in my opinion, absolutly sod all quality, so no surprises that they were hardly a good side to watch.
  11. True but I get the feeling we are been left behind, Man Utd's manager will have done 5 days work before Pardew even gets back to work Pardew has little to do with transfers anyway. No point him Being there if there's sod all work to do until training starts
  12. Anyone know if its possible to get retro lettering/numbers at the club shop? Quite fancy getting the '97 shirt with Ketsbaia on the back.
  13. Those first few games at right back were some of the worst I've ever seen In my decade of being a season ticket holder. Always put a decent shift in after that though really.
  14. "The three year career of James Perch at Gallowgate is set to end imminently, with Wigan Athletic favourites to complete a deal for the 27 year-old utility player. Moving into the final year of his Newcastle contract, Perch had attracted the attention of various clubs in the Championship including his former employer Nottingham Forest, but looks to have been persuaded to become a Latic by their recently-appointed boss Owen Coyle." from .com
  15. he does have to support a team who Shola has scored against, at least we don't have to worry about that.
  16. he's really lived up to the hype this competition
  17. This atmosphere will not be representative in the slightest. Think every game will be exactly like this tbh. Too many tickets will go to corporate sponsers imo
