I sort of agree, but I noticed loads of kids at Man City. It's not just an old person problem. I just think the fight is being sucked out of a lot of folk and when you go to places like Man City, Liverpool etc you see first-hand the gulf between us and them. Marmoush scoring a hat-trick and a lot of people's first thought isn't about our shite defending or lack of a midfield, you could literally hear mutterings of "Well they were allowed to spend 100 million in January". Back in the day it was nowhere near as prevalent, even in the dark days of Ashley you only really felt 2 or 3 windows away from fixing it. It feels like we're staring into a black hole at the moment.

They're not confused about the process, they're confused about their likelihood of being successful in the ballot. The process was crystal clear. Short of the club knowing the exact number of fans wanting tickets I'm not sure how they could have told us what our chance % was. It's not as if they asked everyone in Pot 1, 2, 3 if they were going to attempt to purchase a ticket.
