    Football pet hates

Tony Pulis and everything he stands for christ its so bad I prefer listening to Allerdyce bollox or watching his tripe compared to what Pulis serves up, at least Allerdyce will occasionally have a player with imagination
  2. Still better then ITV. except for espn can't show it in ireland which means its on setanta over here which means i can't watch it

    Alan Pardew

originally something to do with russian beards or some other bollox like that and keeping it for 2nd leg of anzhi game personally i think it suits him
  4. it is so good to see Pulis respond to defeat in such a gracious manner......................... perhaps look at himself and his own methods being responsible for stoke being found out and utterly predictable in everything they do and clubs needed bother scouting them beforehand as everyone knows they'll kick it long and look for set pieces, no invention no flair no imagination no soul
  5. I have it for the match commentary which has been a god send since most of the matchs in europe this season have been on setanta over here (espn don't have irish europa rights) and most of the time its good for that, interviews vary from the bland to the actually good
  6. I wonder at the intellegence of those running the league of ireland at times, first weekend of the new season and the big live tv match is competing directly with Manchester United and Liverpool matchs bright idea lads really going to win that one, hell only reason I'm watching is because Cork City are playing
  7. Best starting for Blackburn today
  8. no way, surely no way that can be true, ridiculous level of gamble if they paid that
  9. pathetic performance from Artie Ziff and company
  10. they really could get dragged into it they looked fucking appalling vs a very poor side

    sunderland

    Sir Alex Ferguson

problem is how many of the clubs who can afford him and his wages would actually want him? Can't see Barca or Real going for him and no way Fergie would sell him to City if they were interested, only clubs I could see him move to is maybe Chelsea or PSG if they offer stupid money
  13. Gameweek 29: Norwich 1-1 Southampton QPR 0-0 Sunderland Reading 2-2 Aston Villa West Brom 2-1 Swansea Newcastle 2-1 Stoke City Liverpool 1-2 Tottenham

    James Perch

Not quite that level but I would sign him up for the rest of his career. The sort of squad player a team needs, not kicking off when not starting but will also have games when people question if he should be starting more often even if he will probably just fall a little short. Great attitude, decent player, good versatility. Agreed John O'Shea was the typical example at Man U, fill whatever gap was needed in defence or central midfield on the odd occasion which Perch is perfectly capable of as well. O'Shea was perhaps a bit better at his best but Perch is perfectly capable

    Sir Alex Ferguson

It's not gonna happen for decades. They've far too much going for them. they did when Busby stepped down too but still went steadily into melt down, very easy to see a repeat happening when Fergie leaves especially if as he's talking about he goes on the board, his lingering presence around old trafford won't help his successor much at all

    Sir Alex Ferguson

perhaps he's been arrested for trying to bottle the ref
  19. Adebayor really offers nothing these days
  20. just have to wait for Arsenal to shoot themselves in the foot which they will sooner or later
  21. don't be silly, when something goes wrong then its AVB who is responsible anything positive is due to the leadership of a world class manager who could walk into any job in the world in Redknapp.
