Got faith in Pardew for the derby. One of his strengths is definitely pre-game planning and I think it'll be very similar to Stoke away, they have one set in stone way of playing and rarely stray from it. If things are going against them O'Neill isn't tactically capable enough to change things like Jol did a couple weeks back.

Probably top half, looking to challenge top 8ish. Bottom half would definitely be classed as a disappointing season for me.

Shay Given @No1shaygiven Nice to be back in the Toon. Looking forward to the game 2morra @ST. JAMES' PARK

Probably because it was made by the twitter user in the bottom left corner, well at least I'm assuming it was.

penultimate game Although that makes the scheduling of the Cup final even weirder, it should always be the week after the final game of the season.

Worth remembering that while Sessegnon is in top form atm, it wasn't that long ago there were calls for him to be dropped by their fans. Also, when a player moves to the Premier League from abroad they're usually afforded a bedding in period, despite the fact Ben Arfa's been here for more than a year and a half, he's still only played in just over 15 league games, most of which didn't consist of a full 90 minutes.

What the fuck's going on. I thought we were meant to have our jet flying them home as soon as the last match was over.

What happens to the fixtures of the teams who are playing in the final? Rescheduled to an earlier date? Bit of a bummer if your final game of the season is moved to a mid week slot or something because the team you're meant to have been playing is in the cup final. What's the excuse for having it all clash this season? I know last season it was because the Champions League was at Wembley.

Think Raylor will continue to play in Cabaye's absence and Pardew will use the excuse we need him for set-pieces with Yohan out. Also think he'll go back to 4-4-2 and drop Ben Arfa so: Krul Simpson Williamson Coloccini Santon Taylor Guthrie Perch Jonas Best Ba I'd prefer to see Hatem and Abeid in for Taylor and Perch. I'd also probably throw Cisse in from the start.

Their side that played today: 01 Given 02 Hutton 03 Warnock 05 Dunne 21 Clark (Bannan - 70' ) 24 Cuellar 07 Ireland 10 N'Zogbia 19 Petrov 09 Bent 20 Keane Thankfully they too look weak in the middle of the park. You'd fancy Ba, and possibly Cisse, to get something against that defence too. Can see N'Zog causing Simpson a lot of problems mind. Still, a very winnable fixture.

Death toll now up to at least 74.

Was either some Gallacher bloke or MG Pedersen. Either of which scored in 1-0 home defeats few years ago now. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/3349123.stm Now you mention Pedersen, I'm sure they might've done it twice.

Didn't he punch the ball in too? Or am I thinking of a different game? Sure it was Blackburn.
-
Eh? Why? Exactly the same amount of games as there was last night. Shirley if they were only wanted to do one episode it would make much more sense to have it tonight and cover all the games.

Proper FIFA 12 tactics from Pards like, bringing Obertan on to finish them off at the death.
