  1. Xavi man. His three last games for the club, three cups lifted. What a way to go.
  2. All our Brazilians need some serious slapping tbf
  3. Neymar is such a superstar I know I would hate him so much if he wasn't playing for us.
  4. I think they are pure cringe myself It's the reason I never go to those.
  5. Barça announced the signing of Aleix Vidal. Amount undisclosed but it seems it's around €12-15m. Won't play until January. He's had a tremendous season, I hope he can keep progressing like that.
  6. Really sad to see Girona missing out. I don't think they'll get another chance like this.
  7. I'll never understand why the World Cup has to be the thing that defines a great player personally, the Champions League is probably more competitive. Because it's the second biggest worldwide sporting event. Thus making it football's biggest worldwide event. Whilst I agree that it is, I don't see how that shows it's the most competitive. I do think that the World Cup and possibly playing for another team are the only things that he has left to do to end the arguments, but I personally believe that he's already the greatest of all time. I'm not sure the "playing for other team" holds much water. It could be argued (and with some merit) that under Guardiola Messi sat on the throne that Xavi and Iniesta built for him, but he's completely running things now.
  8. £16m they spent on that, imagine the good that money could have done elsewhere at grassroots level in football but no FIFA administrators need a film to show how great they are. Probably so deluded that they thought they'd make it back from the masses flocking to see it Nah, the cunts probably made it just so they could pocket part of the budget, too.
  9. We weren't that far ahead of NUFC at that time, imho.
  10. Now that I'm looking at his stats, he's always been a steady enough goalscorer. I know scoring 15+ in the C'ship isn't all that much, but makes me feel confident that he'd do the job.
  11. I haven't seen that many QPR games this season - god forbid - but from the couple or so I have seen, I get the feeling Austin would be a good partner for people like De Jong or Ayoze that are better playing around the box. He seems a clever striker, knowing his way inside the box. Also a good physical presence. Imho you need a man with that profile. I'm still wary of him being a one-season wonder though. Still, all the WWE pun potential makes it worth the risk.
  12. Thanks!!! I can't even sleep, been partying all night and I'm too drunk and excited right now.

  14. I'm so f***ing happy. What a feeling, thanks mom for marrying a Barça fan, you always wanted the best for your children.
  15. Fuckyeahfuckyeafuckyeahfuckyeah 5!!!!!!!
  16. I'm here. The magic of tapatalk My fave Barça side is the 2010-2011
  17. We can buy players; what we can't do is register them for any competition until January. FIFA can't directly ban us from giving employment contracts to whoever we want...
  18. Our long term replacements are now playing for Chelsea and Bayern, sigh.
  19. Interesting. Not sure how they'd fit in another midfielder then. I think we need another option there. Iniesta has had a pretty torrid season until the last 2-3 months, for example, and Rafinha hasn't been up to much. Plus we have struggled to take the sting out of games without Xavi on the pitch.
  20. Rakitic has been pretty good. Our midfield has been weird though, lots of running and not that much passing. But that's part of Lucho's tactics.
  21. Yeah absolutely. Rafinha hasn't really shown he can do that job.
