Weren't you linked with him at some point?

Also, given the players' Liverpool have on midfield, the fact Lovren leads their passing tells me something's not right there. I haven't seen them play all season, mind.

Oh FFS.

I think it's actually older than Giggs, by the way - it's one of Spain's most replayed goals and people are sick of seeing it, so that's where the meme comes from.
-
Who's the spanish giggs? You beat my post for 19 seconds! "Gol de Señor" is the equivalent Spanish meme http://fotos.subefotos.com/9fd9d26dc2f898b21d96b9ba9024a0e0o.png

Paco Jémez, 0-2 at half time and takes off a CB for a striker.
-
No, he's just beaten Barça's record for most time without conceding since the start of the league. Needs 3 more games AFAIK to beat the overall one, which won't happen with the Clásico round the corner ah right. Munir man. So selfish. I get it, he's young and eager to score, but come on. Had Messi and Neymar twice alone on goal. Munir needs to keep a cooler head in this kind of situations, he usually makes the wrong choices. That's the kind of thing you get better at with experience, though, he can develop into a great little player. I like his speed and close control. Still think Deulofeu shouldn't have been loaned out. He can't get a game for Sevilla. He's utterly talented, but has some severe application issues.

We used to have blackouts in the area where a game live on TV was being played (not anymore), but how blacking out a foreign game is going to protect attendance? Seems excessive to me, might as well black out TV entirely.
-
Nope, it's at 3pm not allowed under UK law. What? That's ridiculous.
-
3-1 now, nice Tiago-Griezmann 1-to-1 there before Mandzukic slammed the rebound.
-
Switched over to it after seeing they scored 1-0. Valencia have been more effective, simple as that really. Yeah, I presume Valencia have already hit the brakes a little but they don't really look that superior to Atlético since I caught on.
-
Fuck, I come late from shopping and in 15 mins Valencia is already 3 up; what the fuck is going on here?

I love how over the past few weeks you have effectively became a resident Newcastle fan. It's weird isn't it? At least most of the other foreign lads can say they became attached to NUFC because of Keegan, or Shearer or Robson's tenure... me? Pardew has been the manager of the club for most of the time I've been a member of this board -

Man, dreading that he'll somehow luck out a win with a goal bouncing off Cisse's arse and he'll get his position cemented for a few more weeks AND always play that lineup from now on. -
I never saw anything in Hoddle that made me think he had the makings of more than an average manager. Always seemed to me he just had this aura because of how wonderful a player he was, and the fact he talked the talk.

Created most chances in PL without an assist this season. I know he isn't too popular here, but I thought he was one of your best players against Stoke (not saying much, I'll admit). -
He's doing great. Easily their best player after Baptistao and Trashorras. Apparently his contract runs out this summer, too?
-
Something to that effect, probably; Jémez sets up to play against Barça or Madrid in the same way as if he was playing Getafe or Leganés. Attack, attack, attack. Usually ends up badly for them. Jémez gets *a lot* of flack because of that, but there's a certain beauty to it, imho. That's how he believes football should be played, and he will play that way come hell or high water. Last season Rayo was the first team to win possession against Barça since 2008.
