  1. Can't f***ing wait for the WC to come with felipao around here, by the way.
  2. Wouldn't he just be on the bench? Depends on who they bring in to replace Götze and Lewandowski. Now,I don't expect a 18 year old from Liga Adelante to start for them, but he could get more game time than he could do here (Dortmund's squad depth isn't too good), in a very competitive environment with a team that plays a very vibrant brand of football. Plus German discipline and all that. By that logic wouldn't it be better to loan him out to a German club that would play him more? With the looks of signing Bernard, Eriksen and De Bruyne it would seem like a terrible career move for him no? It would do him the world of good to go to a place where he isn't an immediate starter though. The problem with Barça B this season, for example, is that he's so much above everybody else in the squad and league, than he can easily indulge in the weaknesses of his game without feeling threatened. How about Porto? With Rodriguez leaving? If he's doing that well, as Porto you would definitely want to have a look at him. Problem is probably that a team like Porto would want a future buy possibility as it seems pointless to help develop a player and possibly get nothing in return. As you say, I don't think Porto would be interested unless there's €€€ to be had in the future (and fair play to them, the way they make business is astounding)

  4. Kappa man, the memories... my first Barça kit was a Kappa one from the early 90s http://www.blaugranas.com/media/galeria/25/8/2/0/8/n_f_c_barcelona_la_historia-768028.jpg Ugly as sin but...

  6. We'd probably need to teach Gandhi's great-grandson a few football tricks if we ever want symmetry with Suárez.
  7. Talk that we'll loan Deulofeu to Dortmund. Exactly the kind of club he needs, imho.
  8. I just love the kitschy overdone oldskool English club crests with helmets, feathers, pennants and shit: http://media.infobetting.com/calcio/logo/763.gif http://www.stevenagefc.com/cms_images/common/stevenage-badge-4x3160-228943.jpg http://www.altrinchamfc.co.uk/newcrest2.gif etc...
  9. Pity, Cañas is a pretty decent player and he's on a free. But he signed a precontract back in Jan for Swansea IIRC. Would have also meant that you're watching the Spanish market, which you should. Teams like Betis or Rayo have had great seasons and - as seen with Michu - have to sell their best performers to balance the books since both are fresh out of administration.
  10. You tried for José Cañas? Blatantly looking for a Coloccini replacement then, in all facets of the game: http://images.football365.com/12/10/800x600/Jose-Alberto-Canas-Real-Betis-2012_2847660.jpg
  11. Bale, Isco, Gündogan and Verrati identified as Real Madrid transfer targets by Florentino Pérez in an interview. Good to see he's taking charge of transfer policy again, business as usual resumed at Real Madrid.
  12. That defeat ushered our current dominance, with a bunch of hasbeens, cloggers and Raúl progressively axed from the squad as result from the ignominy.
  13. I was about to post Hereford-NUFC but I admit I didn't have the balls
  14. Madrid fans in a Spanish forum I post in already rushing to the "he isn't really racist" banner. I should direct them to RAWK to find the proper arguments.
  15. Liverpool turned down €40m for Luís Suárez from Real Madrid, according to "Onda Cero" radio.
  16. That's the kind of fun weird shit I used to love running in other forums. If, and it's a big if, I have some spare time coming the start of next season I will give it a thought.
  17. While Napoli is indeed a shithole, I thought the Amalfi Coast was absolutely dreamy.
  18. No, it was in the summer. But I should abuse my Italian relatives more.
  19. So it happened once and they won? From my calculations if we won every game we would probably win the league/some cups. Just went to their website and they still have it on in some capacity. Just voted for them to play a 4-3-3 in their promotion playoff final. They even have player profiles like you're playing FIFA http://www.murcielagosfc.com/a/equipo/jugador/demenegui
  20. Already been done: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murci%C3%A9lagos_FC
  21. I have a taste for the odd gamemanship-fueled grudge match. Particularly with heavy south-american or Italian player involvement. Nobody does it like them.
  22. Confirmed. Retiring after this weekend's game.
  23. Napoli is a shithole, pretty sure he'd rather have managed us. That is true, but there are plenty of truly amazing places to live near Napoli.
  24. How does Mendes do that? http://buffalobeast.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/hypnotoad.gif Maybe?
