  1. Very good point. They are professional footballers and it should be upto them and the coaches to get them fit enough to cope with the schedule. It isn't as though Leeds have great strength in depth either and they are in a similar position to us. Key word, we have struggled with fitness for f***ing years. What is suddenly going to change in the next few months? That is why I used the word 'should'. and in should land we have a midfield able to compete, infact fuck that we are in the Premiership because Ashley should have done more to keep us up. What is the point on speculating about stuff we KNOW isn't going to happen? does that mean we can't start talking about Alan Smith scoring a winning Hat Trick at Wembley in May and lifting the cup?
  2. Only goalscorer and Man Of the Match whilst beating ManU at home to knock them out the cup in the first round. I think we can safely add another £3m to his price tag now! Steve Bruce will be straight in there with a silly £££ bid thinking he's the next DJ Campbell!
  3. Never been the same Manure without Ronaldo tbh
  4. "And late on Nicky Butt saw his looping volley tipped over by Romain Larrieu as Plymouth held on." Looping Volley
  5. Its a necessity we get back to winning ways in this one.

    Sports Direct

I reckon this got put on the back burner as sooner as they realised the backlash it made! If the reasons for them doing so was as a "showcase"...surely its transpired to be the worst showcase in history! If I were a marketing director of a company I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole unless you want to pay several million pounds for thousands of less customers??? Also...what happened to the big screen they were promising at SJP to go along with the rebranding???

  14. The tanker Football Ground, which was carrying a cargo of chemicals professional footballers used to make plastics the Champions League, had changed course and was now heading towards the northern coast of Somalia oblivion, said Andrew Mwangura of the Seafarers Assistance Programme.

  16. Not that funny really, no matter how poor he was in the Premiership last year he was clearly a class La Liga defender. My was in relation to the journalistic qualities of the Sunday Sun as opposed to Fabricio's La Liga attributes
