  1. If Almiron and Shelvey are back in, I think we will have a chance to fluke a goal through what they offer at this moment in time Is Townsend out for them? Either 1-0 to us or a 1-1 or 0-0 Anyway, highly doubt this will be one for the books.
  2. More time on the bench by the looks of it as soon as Shelvey is back Looked slow, delivery crap, ineffective physically, everything you needed from a midfielder today to show your worth in being back in the starting eleven - big fat F.

    Joelinton

See, even if Gayle had scored that chance today. Still not worth half of what was paid for Utterly timid, never a goal-scorer. I'll be surprised if we see him score 6-7 this year. He doesn't give any confidence or reason to have the ball passed to him either. What a mess.
  4. You want to support another club genuinely if it gives you so much satisfaction to see the team get beat Its cos hes "edgy"
  5. Also, Joelinton has got to be the most timid fucking big man i've ever seen
  6. Both these teams are playing such a fucking predictable game plan Fucking get Gayle, Muto, Shortstaff something on man fucking hell this is AIDS
  7. One of the most overrated cities around, very run down as well, Manchester is far better. But I guess its a taste thing.
  8. WumBot 3000 How? or do you just enjoy being negative? AC changed the game. Don't know whats worse here sometimes, the double standards or the boring same old negativity. We're in a good run of form and it looks like it will be a comfortable season to stay up. Just enjoy it, its not how you would have wanted it but we are overachieving. You negative lot still log on here so you clearly care that much.
  9. Banana slip. These are due a win against us and need a win in general. Draw or marginal loss. Hope i'm wrong.
  10. His subs won us the game today. Deserves some credit. Accepting that does not mean accepting hes a more decorated manager than Rafa. It doesn't mean accepting the way the club is run and it doesn't mean you're an Ashley apologist. From all the games we've won recently, this one he deserves the most credit. Maybe not something you'd like to see for the reasons above, but fair play. Its time to put some negativity aside and enjoy what we can for this moment in time, because it could be worse, far worse.
  11. I'd be surprised if Joelinton makes it to 5-6 goals this year never mind 10 playing like this Very poor.
  12. Provided he keeps the team chemistry and spirits up and no rot sets after a poor run of form - he will have more than done his job and what is expected of him. I'm not particularly fussed about him nor am I fussed about the regime/the way the club is at the minute. I do not go to the games because the bigger picture is we are ambition-less and just exist to "be there". But I will say, I still do enjoy seeing us win, even under this guy, who we all knew shouldn't be anywhere near the Premier League. I am not too certain dropping down to the Championship or League 1 for a few years will necessarily bring us better owners - look at Sunderland. Just enjoy the wins until the shit inevitably hits the fan, its not like we have much else to cheer for.
  13. Two goals conceded from set pieces is pretty poor. Fairly poor ones too. Maybe less of being one of the lads and some set piece defending training would be great
  14. The least of our problems right now and should start every game either way
  15. Based on what ffs I've literally responded to that earlier. Gayle as shit as he is has a goal in him on the odd occasion and some sort of pace, Joelinton does not. You can't tell me he deserves to start the next game and this isn't to do with how less shit Gayle could be, but Joelinton does not warrant a start based on current form. Others have been dropped for less so far this year and he needs benched. Man it could and most likely would be fucking AIDS either way but fuck me Almiron and Joelinton are not offering any sort of goal threat in the box. It's not like City is a must win sort of game anyway.
  16. Did you watch the last 20 minutes at all? What is there to lose by now, Joelinton is a dud. Almiron is bambi on ice in the final third and believe me, I rate his contributions to the goals we score and work-rate. Both need some time on the bench, perhaps City is the game for that.
  17. Judge me for saying this but I'd start Gayle / Carroll next game
  18. You have to keep in mind these are mostly Rafa players playing a Rafa formation with Rafa tactics. You remember what happened at Norwich and Leicester this year when tactics and formation were changed The result at Norwich is something I could see happening under Rafa, not so much Leicester.
