Sounds like negotiations are pretty deep for making this tournament a four year thing, replacing the Gold Cup and regular Copa America, always hosted in the US. I hope they do merge, but there's no reason for it to always be in the US (except money).

I got the semi-final and Argentina through stubhub, wasn't much difference from the official site, saved around $10 per ticket. The other two games someone else bought, pretty sure they used stubhub too though. It's definitely cheaper from what I've seen, but nothing huge.

I just waited for individual tickets, thought it would be cheaper and needed different amounts for each game anyway. It was definitely cheaper.
