Was at the game, picked the right one to go to. Distinctly the best I've seen the Fire in a while. A lot of pressing and an attack of Accam, Maloney and Shipp is pretty good for MLS. Too bad there's no striker in front or midfield behind them. Good game though.

The main two American guys that run it (I think) have somehow not lost their passion and seem to go to SJP every season so I'm sure they'll both be in New York. I'll be at the Globe on Sunday with wor lass, would like to stay home but she has work off and wants to go. There's three others, two of them ex-pats, I've seen every time I've been there, but wouldn't expect much else.

That's all you need in CONCACAF fortunately. They've had players, particularly attackers, at big clubs as far as I can remember and it hasn't significantly separated them from us outside of a few brief periods years ago. Admittedly, we haven't played them with Vela yet. Still not that concerned.
