On the telly last night I thought he looked like he'd gained a few kilos. Still about 50 shy of Elliott mind.
-
When that geezer got fouled heading away from goal.

I think Mike knows only too well that it's shit or bust. He's trying to play hardball cause he's the big business wanker who never backs down. Unfortunately for him, and possibly us, PCP can see right through him. They know that he needs to sell, and quickly.
-
Divvent worry lads, it'll happen before new year.
-
Hahaha fuck me, all they're doing is building a greenhouse around what they have now!
-
I don't see why it can't happen dead quickly once the deal is agreed. They'll agree on £330mil or whatever with a few clauses thrown in, contracts drawn up and signed within a couple of days and it's bye bye Ashley.
-
Absolute class reaction from Clement "f***ing hell Renato!' Mikky Merino is twice the player of this lad in this league, who'd have thought it. Thought Sanchez was going to be quality and hadn't heard of Merino at all. It was class when we played them in September. The sky pundits were batting themselves off over Sanchez. He was was gonna tear us a new arse. Made even funnier cause Merino had been slated for being weak and shite.

Did he DRIVE Robbie, aye? Drive it yeah.

I remember watching Just call me Bobby when it first went out on the BBC, maybe 15 years ago. That bit always stuck in my head - we were a whisker away son.

Ashley has to agree a deal asap. At the minute the two sides are maybe £50mil apart in their valuations, but if Ashley doesn't sell he's gonna have to spend £50mil in January to keep us up. If that fails and we go down he stands to lose a fortune.
-
If you count the exposure sports direct have gained over the last decade, Ashley has broken even already. £300mil in his arse pocket is arguably clear profit.
-
Sports direct will lose the huge amount of global exposure they get for fuck all.
-
I'm hoping for the same. If we made a statement of intent like that it would give the club a phenomenal lift.
-
Sky are limited with the choice of matches with European games midweek I have the house to myself this afternoon so I'm gonna out my feet up and watch Schalke v Hamburg. 'mon the Schalke, or something.
-
There's a significant chunk of their support want Wenger out though. We were slaughtered by the media for wanting rid of Pardew, yet Arsenal fans are allowed to demand the champions league.
-
Wenger's a failure. Qualified for the champions league about 20 consecutive times, but never win it. Failure. Jesus Christ, man. And we're deluded.
-
I can't believe I'm watching this shit, but will anyone else admit to watching Piers Morgan v Alan Sugar on sky sports? Two people I cannot stick cracking on about the North London derby, hoying cheap shots and generally being arseholes. Fuck me it's painful. Folk say we're deluded! Listen to Piers Morgan whinge about not winning the league for 14 years.

Won the World Cup with ten guys who'd never kicked a football before iirc He failed to score in the final though, so clearly Messi is better. Even though he's never been close to winning the world cup. wat He was incredibly close to winning the last world cup I was going off the fact Germany were easily the best side in the tournament. But if you want to count Messi making the final then we can offset that with Maradona making the final again in 1990. -

How old are you? 40 I don't disagree with what KI is saying about Messi. But Maradona done all that, even better. He played at a time when the opponents had a license to kick him up in the air. He played on much weaker teams and carried them on his back. He could walk on water. -

Maradona is the greatest footballer ever, by a fucking mile. If Messi wins the world cup with a pub team then we can compare the two. -
Hurry the fuck up, Manders.
