Think Rafa will still be professional and tinker with the team according to the needs. He'll play a team he thinks will win without experimenting just yet. "You can tell him now, we're still fighting for this title and he's got to play Bristol and get something." "And I'll tell you, honestly, I will love it if we beat them. Love it."

Newcastle United promoted back to the Premier League

Best birthday gift for a long time today. Couldn't care less about work. Promotion and birthday party combo! -
That part when Mitro was jumping all over ginger Jack. Was hoping Mitro would snap him into half. The players kept their cool celebrating on the pitch and completely let it out in the dressing room. Great to see.

That Hull red card from the weekend has been overturned. Anothe cock-up from Madley, Robert

It's been refreshing being away from the often over-hyped and cliche coverage of the Premier League. I enjoyed us being the focus and also the league as a whole. I've hardly followed the Premier League this season tbh. Of course though, it has not been a smooth ride like the last time we were here but that makes this season much better as an emotional rollercoaster. The refs have been crap, some of the teams have been like c***s when playing us and its been a real, hard-fought slog but its been an experience and a happy one in the end. Just need us to pip Brighton to the title and it'll be a great season. Will fondly remember Sky's intro to the games with Lascelles, Rafa and SJP in it. Aptly, the theme song is called 'Watch Me Rise' by Mikky Ekko. Perfect for us. And I'm quite excited to follow the play-offs this season and also the games next season. Did I enjoy it? Yes. Do I want to play it again? No thank you.

Will be eagerly waiting for this to be unveiled now. Proper kit with hopefully a proper team and manager for our return to the Premier League. Hope we don't get a wank sponsor. Hopefully Rafa has a say in that too.
-
That Preston kit is basically just a yellow tshirt.

Need to get an early 3rd goal. The longer it goes on at 2-1, the fans and players will have that Leeds goal at the back of their minds.
-
Have the mackems got his family locked up or something? Absolute pile of crap today.

My birthday's on Tuesday. Could see myself not turning up for work that day if we win tomorrow. Party starts early for me.
-
Glad he'll be playing Championship football again next season.
-
Nope. They've gone for the Old Firm. Actually, they didn't think the Birmingham derby had any significance when they chose the fixtures a few weeks back. Obviously the Brighton game on Friday and ours tomorrow seemed more important.

These 2 cunts aren't holding any responsibility at all for anything bad that has happened at their clubs. At the top of the show, Sherwood was distancing himself with what happened on the pitch yet was proud he got 7 players into the club. Those 7 players didn't help Swindon avoid relegation did it?
-
Wants to keep his 2 daughters at home coz they're 18 and 16 yet he goes fucking other players' wives.
-
Was just about to post that. Vile, cynical attempt at putting down the Noorcastle fans
-
Hahaha. Wished he had a left back to help save his job. Putting down his sacking much to do not being able to buy one in the summer. Nothing to do with his shit managing and coaching.
-
Looks like an absolute c*** as always today. Going to wait until the Championship segment and see what he has to say about our potential promotion tomorrow.
-
They coming on? Sherwood managed to get Swindon relegated yesterday ffs.
-
Think we'll be be whooped by these two sides next season if we don't strengthen our squad.

Newcastle United promoted back to the Premier League

Why Wednesday or Leeds? Fulham probably just as much time in the premier league, unless your going back 40 odd year. Fulham are pretty recent in the Premier League and we've been shit against them most of the time tbh. Having for example Leeds back would set up some old rivalries for the league. Wednesday and Hillsbrough too would be bring back some good times. Fulham deserve it no doubt but they'll likely be just another team back in the league unless they pull something off like Leicester. -
Forest have actually beaten us, Brighton, Huddersfield and Reading at home this season. Impressive.

Yup. The playoffs spots seem all but done now but I would wish Leeds to replace either Reading or Huddersfield. I would really love it if it's Wednesday or Leeds who come up for sentimental values of them being back where they've been before. Fulham deserve it at the moment. Next season's Championship would be canny to follow though regardless of who wins the playoff. -
Aye do look bigger but I doubt it. I used to love the curvy nets that they had at Wembley prior to Euro 96. Felt it made Wembley special and unique. The long walk from the tunnel behind the goal was special too.

We should do a pitch invasion today.
