  1. That fella on the right with the hat on casually taking out a cigar to smoke in between all that.
  2. I said it a few weeks back. Gonna say it again because I think the no.1 football chant I hate the most is this AAARRSSS-NAL AAARRSSS-NAL AAARRSSS-NAL dross. Would like to fucking mute their matches nowadays.
  3. Aye..a bit fearful of our trip there to be honest.
  4. Problem is, I fear Levy is going to sack Conte before our match with them and get someone in to give them a bounce
  5. I love how direct he is. Usually, our players will be dilly dallying with the ball down the flanks and in the corner, trying to work their way into the box. Not this lad, he'll run down to byline and whip it in. We need to get used to having players in and around the box to receive it now. Ironically, think Ritchie is one who has a similar playing style, direct and goes to cross it in. Him against Luke Shaw that turned up against Liverpool, plus some of his shithousery is going to be fun.
  6. Was looking for news about his aborted international callup, hoping that it was just a ploy to get him to stay home instead of travelling. Thought it was to keep him ready for Man Utd at home. Ffs six weeks, is he even going to comback this season? What's our next game in 6 weeks?

    Dogawful Officiating

Was not following the match thread but was that disallowed goal according to the rule book or something the refs plucked out of their arses tonight?

    Fabian Schär

.com reporting he's not in the upcoming Swiss squad, cited as injury. That's as worrying as losing Bruno or Isak. Botman is not the same without Schar alongside him.
  9. Add a bit of dark blue and it won't look like a Saudi kit too much, more like our kits in the past. However, since the main aim is to make us look like Saudi, so I think, it's pretty much nailed on looking like the 1st one. Would soften the blow if we had adidas instead of Castore making it.

    Joe Willock

    Geordie pashun!
  11. Was suspposed to be two. West Ham's one moved there as a result of the Queen's death postponing the fixture earlier.
  12. Notts Forest (A) *Off to Dubai during international break Man Utd (H) West Ham (A) Brentford (A) Villa (A) Spurs (H) Everton (A) Southampton (H) Arsenal (H) Leeds (A) Leicester (H) Chelsea (A) *Brighton (H) to fit somewhere in between all that. Game by game of course so this Friday is important. Yes, we won yesterday so hopefully confidence and mood around the place has lifted. But it hasn't given me the feeling of being invincible or unbeatable that we had pre-world cup. Our goalscoring has been the obvious issue but the shaky defence has now got me nervous for our away games unlike previously. Win against Forest, win or draw against Man Utd, then that trio of away games after will determine our eventual finishing place. Pre-Che Adams goal at SJP, I would have been confident to keep cleans sheets in all those away games. Hopefully the Dubai warm weather training has a similar effect post the Saudi trip both last season.

    Ronaldinho or Robinho?

Botman is the worse out of the two when tryinh to pass it forward. Sends shivers down me spine when he plays it forward. Schar might float it to nowhere, but he won't play it straight to a nearby opposing player like Botman does.
  15. Think it'll be much mayter if we are in a chasing postion than trying to retain 4th place. Now we're behind on points butbhave games in hand, the mentality and motivation of the players surely will be much more sharper and hungrier. Come on lads! Let's get back on track!
  16. I agree but 2nd half against City was probably the 1st time, in a very long time, we pressed the opposition back five and caused a few errors by City.

    St James' Park

How it would look like if we had a stadium on the arena site but ours would be having an even better view ofcoirse.
  18. Great ending there by Kelly. Carra finally letting his laugh out. "Liverpool beating Man.Utd by 7 goals to nil, Mo Salah is now Liverpool's leading Premier League scorer of all-time, and they didn't even play that well'... CUe Carragher absolutely pissing himself
  19. Carra was absolutely trying to hold it together seeing Neville being goaded by Souness. He actually takes a defeat better too. The Real loss was an example. He was angry but he was still calm unlike Neville.
  20. What ever happened to that superstar that they had in midfield against us last week? Casie-zero?
  21. Glad that fake Bruno is taking flak. Absolute cunt and his behaviour today was pathetic.
  22. Think this has post of the year sewn up like. Could you possibly also wish for something nice for us too now mate?
