2014/15 NUFC Kits - New third kit revealed on page 143
54 replied to bowlingcrofty's topic in Football
True but to play devils advocate it doesn't really matter though does it? Mugs will buy it anyway regardless of how it is released, why waste money on anything 'fluffy' around announcing properly? True, but they could at-least do something small, just to show it off, even if it is an article on the official site saying when its released. -

So we have yet to announce the third kit, but the official site has pictures of the under 21's playing in it, and it is on sale in France. Our club is run so badly -
I'm watching this online, I think i'm about 30 seconds behind.

I for some reason watching Cambridge vs Halifax of BT sport, Halifax down to 9 after 21 minutes, both their captain and their keeper sent off. It is the opening game of the season in the conference. Currently 1-1 but Cambridge have a pen.
-
Have we given away a pen in every pre-season game?

Looks like the FA are once again looking to put their tongue to Fifa's boot.

Its a bit ironic that our first signing since Wonga is a loan.

Newcastle midfielder Conor Newton has decided to return to St Mirren on loan until January. The 21-year-old played 20 times for Danny Lennon's men during a loan spell with the Buddies last season. And despite offers from several Championship clubs in England, Newton has opted to work under Lennon and his assistant Tommy Craig again. Newton said: "I had offers from a few clubs in the Championship but I decided to come back to St Mirren, partly because they couldn't guarantee me football. "At this stage in my career I really need to be playing games, so I think St Mirren are the right club to come back to. "From the gaffer Danny to his assistant Tommy Craig and the other backroom staff and the lads, they are a great bunch. I really missed that dressing room when I went back to Newcastle in the summer. "St Mirren gave me my first shot at football and that meant a lot to me, so coming back is best for both parties."

Good, a signing at last, hopefully he can deliver, as we have need his type of player for a long time. I am actually starting to look forward to the start of the season, well maybe West Ham. I'm just glad for some positive news for a change.

Even though we now have better players, I would have Nolan back, just for his passion, you could tell wearing the shirt meant something to him.
