Seems to be our thing now. We've sold Greenwood, Kambwala, Fernandez and now Pellistri for lower than expected fees but have huge sell on clauses on them all and buy back options on all but Greenwood. Still think even with the clause that it's a criminally low fee for Pellistri. He's a full international and has appearances for the first team.

I'm sure this will be of interest to many of you.

PSG wants to cash in on Ugarte because he's limited going forward. We don't care about that. We need a midfield destroyer. We have Kobbie Mainoo and one of the most creative players in the world in Bruno Fernandes. We just need someone to offer enough protection to the back four and recycle the ball to one of those two. Ugarte fits the bill of what we need. McTominay isn't on the level of these guys. McTominay plus £15-20m to get Ugarte in would be hugely beneficial to us.
-
We only have one defensive midfielder and it's Casemiro who's legs can't handle 60 games a season. We badly need depth there. We can't afford Ugarte as it stands and were reliant on this sale, otherwise Berge was the other option. Personal terms are agreed with Ugarte. As soon as the McTominay deal goes through I'd expect Ugarte to be confirmed a few days later.

A McTominay sale means Ugarte is certain. It's pretty important for us if this goes through.

Honestly would have been delighted with £25m for him, but after seeing Skipp go for £20m+5, £30m should be the minimum for McDominate.
-
Brexit Jim aka Mike Ashley II penny pinching again. We can't buy a defensive midfielder unless we sell though, and Ugarte is the first choice buy. I still think we'll do a loan with obligation if we can't afford him outright. It would be a brilliant window if we got him in.

Wait and see what Mosquera got away with on Havertz. Not even a yellow.

Martinez is probably the second name on the teamsheet after Bruno. He'll play every game as long as he's healthy. If Shaw is fit he'll start but that's a big if. He won't be back until after the international break at the earliest anyway. Safe with Mazraoui for a few game weeks.

Morning. Hilarious we're being called lucky. We should have had at least 4. A fully deserved win.

It's off-season fella. You have to save all the good stuff for when the season starts.

One of us has definitely degraded.

I think this is the year you win the league cup.
-
I wish I had the confidence of Newcastle fans.
-
Against Premier League sides normally aye. I did a full breakdown last year comparing our draws to yours and Chelsea's (as they allegedly get easier draws as well). There was nothing in it whatsoever. Time evens these things out. Funny enough we started the FA Cup last year with three consecutive away draws. Our only home game was against Liverpool, and then obviously a final at Wembley against the best side in the world. We won it.

But bring in a transfer structure and negotiate with clubs, and your offers are seen as derisory and you're a toxic Manchester United mess.
-
You need our injuries to keep piling up as it's the only chance you have of finishing anywhere near us.

If they want £40m for Anderson just think how much they'll want for Guehi.
