He could just be suffering from good old fashion nerves. The first major mistake he made with the media was saying we needed Rooney as backup to Van Persie. He wasn't even under any pressure then. The referees have made a few mistakes with us recently but it shouldn't matter and they do even themselves out. That penalty may have been outside the box, but Rafael should have been sent off IMO. Also, it's fucking Sunderland. We shouldn't be needing everything to go our way to get a fucking DRAW at the Stadium of Light. We paid £27.5m for Fellaini by the way.

I think you'd be pretty safe anyway. He's not shit enough to play in our midfield. -

Going to Manchester on deadline day. Apologies. -
Though I agree it's Moyes' fault with the current situation. He fucked him up playing him for 90 minutes against Newcastle.

Fergie did not want to let Pogba go. That's pretty clear. When Pogba was at us though he was not as good as Scholes. It's as simple as that. It's annoying how good he has become but the original case remains. Had Pogba waited, he'd have been starting every game now. I don't blame him for not wanting to wait though. Fair play to him for becoming as good as he has. Fergie spent 24m on RVP sure, but that's what won the league last year. Justified. Not true. Van Persie does have a history of injuries, but his record isn't anywhere near as bad as people seem to think. I think during his career he's averaged 35 games a season.

A lot of the players should take a long, hard look at themselves anyway. Fletcher has been busting his balls since he came back while a lot of the other senior players have been utter shite and have no fight at all. The only players I actually can't criticise in terms of effort are De Gea, Vidic, Januzaj and Rooney.

I'm not in denial. I'm just fairly certain that story isn't true. You're obsessed with Moyes though man. It has to stop.
-
He is a good player. I'll be annoyed if he's allowed to go for free. Didn't progress anywhere near as much as Rafael did but still a good backup option.
-
Jägerbomber I assume? When was this?
-
Judging by how close it is though this seems a better decision than last week. This is how I expected Suarez and van Persie to go ffs.
-
Try now. Cheers. Not even sure how to fix it. Will I have to remove the poll each week if I reset it as there was no option in there to reopen the voting.
-
So Sam resting players didn't work?
-
50 odd replies and 100 votes makes me think this is worthwhile, and that was with two hated figures for the debate, so I'll keep it going another week at least. I'm shocked at the results for last week to be honest, which are below: Luis Suarez - 74.3% (75 votes) of people believed he is the better player. Robin van Persie - 18.8% (19 votes) in comparison for van Persie 7 people couldn't separate the two. This week I was tempted to do Rooney and Ozil due to the debate in the Man United thread, but I wanted to do two players who played for Newcastle this week and I'm curious to see how highly rated Sir Les was in comparison to Andy Cole. So, Les Ferdinand http://news.bbc.co.uk/sol/shared/spl/hi/pop_ups/05/football_meet_the_football_focus_team/img/5.jpg or Andy Cole http://match-ua.com/images/userimages/56.jpg Remember the stipulations: Opinions should be based on the players ability while in their prime, e.g. if it's Gerrard, think 2005/06, not now. Disciplinary records should not blind someones view unless it's football related, e.g. don't judge Suarez by the bite, but do judge Scholes on his yellows due to his tackles. I reckon it should stay Premier League, so almost everybody can have a valid opinion on it. Personally, I can remember from the 21st of Oct 1996 onwards. Not a day before... Lastly and most importantly, give a reason why!

Can you do this to Sunderland plskthnx? We'll probably go 1-0 up and shut up shop. Some nervy moments but we'll survive the 120 minutes.
-
There isn't THAT much of a difference between us and City.
-
Who's going to collect on that one? So pissed off with Cleverley at the minute.

The amount of shit I've been getting from Liverpool fans this season makes me feel like I should have gloated like fuck for the last fifteen years. I was always pretty humble in regards to our success, and now I wish I wasn't. I hate not being a dick.

i should've said present company excluded. over here in the USA there are so many plastic MU fans & they're simply flummoxed. Wait until they start jumping ship. Will be glorious. Is it really that bad? I honestly don't think the fans I know would jump ship even with years without a trophy. They'd be too worried of how they'd look if they did IMO. Plus, we'd fucking crucify them, along with fans of every other team.
-
He's not. I honestly believe the only thing he'll get sacked for this season is if Olympiakos put us out of the Champions League. I still have faith in him. It's wearing thin though. Fletcher on to turn a game around man. Fuck.

Not what we need though. We've got good players who can occupy the position behind the striker. Rooney is better than Ozil IMO and we've got Januzaj and Kagawa there as well. Would have been a waste to spend 42.5m on him, as good as he is.

A girl who knows I support Man United (she claims to as well) said to me, "omg how bad was the Man result." She referred to us as "Man." Took all of my strength not to lay her out with a Stone Cold stunner. I hate Man U as well.
