Booing Barton would be pretty sad and pointless like. As would cheering him.
-
I'd have took Derbyshir about 3 years ago like, he looked good from the bench. He never exactly hit it off at Brum though.
-
It's only a loan. Could have asked the neighbours to water them while he's gone. Read more: http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showthread.php?t=626482&page=5#ixzz1XYfnRqLz A clear joke like

West Ham agree fee in region of £15m with Liverpool for Andy Carroll
Hanshithispantz replied to Pilko's topic in Football
The best way to play against Stoke is probably to try and play through them tbh. Even with Carroll in the side they would be playing into Stokes hands by lumping it forwards. -
3 games per week are on Sky. 2 tomorrow then us on MNF Ah, never knew that
-
You can go first Beren Shit wind-up or shit opinion? I'm not sure. Idiotic post either way.
-
So Gyan was unhappy that his mates left, so left to a club where he knows nobody at all? Also why is there no games on Sky today?
-
Basically he gyan to Dubai (why the fuck didn't I think of that pun)
-
Gold. So graceful, so cultured.
-
Has he signed for Fiorentina?
-
This seems pretty mental like Nice to see we're on the verge of having a better attack than the mackems like, it almost completes the set.
-
Piss take? Depends on how he's judging it. In terms of pure success - sure, I could go with Rooney for that, but in terms of general success, its silly. Newcastle had a top striker for 10 years for £15m. That's Mike Ashley levels of value for money! Yeah, if you go by the former's rule then 99% of transfers outside of the top 4-5 don't have a hope of justifying there fee! We couldn't have gotten a better player for value than we did with Shearer tbh, and we could have sold him for a hell of a lot more during his time here.
-
Tell me you're not being serious? Assuming Shearer was 25 in 94-95 (I haven't been entirely thorough here) then he will have got to 101 EPL goals by the end of that season. Scores 31 the next season and 25 the season after. Was in the middle of his golden 4 years. Shearer didn't realy burst onto the scene til his 20s though so it's irrelivant, Rooney developed at a far younger age (and may burn out far sooner). A better way of looking at things is (amongst his injuries and poor, by his standard, final couple of years) Shearer finished his 14 years in the premiership with an average of 18-19 goals a season.
-
Give me an R! Give me an I! Give me a C! Give me an H! Goooooooooooooooooooooo Rich! I'm rooting for you fella, kick the servers arse.
-
Pretty certain that was a wind-up mind
-
Just watching his dart down the wing to set Ferdinand up in the 5-0 again, fucking ridiulous for a centre forward to be honest, the cross aswell.
-
I would say Shearer at Newcastle is slightly over-rated like, he was an exelent centre forward but his injuries obviosly affected him and he had to change his game. At Blackburn though (and before his first injury at Newcastle) he was unplayable.
-
Shearer for Blackburn (and early Newcastle) was one of the best centre forwards ever. Rooney will probably never have a 4-5 season run like that. That been said, if we're just comparing them 'on there day' it would depend on what you wanted for your team, like has been said.
