  1. Playing against the top of the league yeah, not every team is as good as these. Granted Man U were not at their best. thing is we've shiwn against worse teams that we look comoletely absent uo front, real miss Best imo. Nolan coming back on Saturday will give us more bit in the finak 3rd though so it's not all bad.
  2. seems to know exactly where the space is, i was worried earlier in the season that players would suss him out and sneak up on his blindside whenever he's in possesion but he still rarely seems to lose the ball
  3. 'Shaky'? He looked alrit I thought, calm in the ball and passed it well
  4. THE BIG TALKING POINT MANCHESTER UNITED PENALTY TUNED DOWN !!!!!!!!!!! Aye lets just forget about the blatant penalty that was missed at the other end like.
  5. So we know Xisco does not speak English because Rupert Communicator guessed so on an internet forum? Have I been wooshed here or something? And aye Cajun your right, I doubt it is a contractual reason, there just seems to be something fishy going on. Just a bit curious like.
  6. How do we know he doesn't speak English anyway? Because or an interview with that bellend Joe Kinnear 2 years ago?
  7. Ben Arfa doesn't speak English, Enrique speaks astonishingly shit English and so on.
  8. Perfect foil for Colo, would take him back in a flash if the players would accept it like. It would be difficult to get a more promosing young defender for 8 million tbh, especialy with proven ppremiership experience.
  9. If Ireland's fit then just start him behind Shola, i'd rather a non match fit gamble than Ranger (from the start) or Lovenkrands, who we know offer little.
  10. Probably right to give Jonas a rest aswel, he's like a Kenyan up and down the wing he just never stops.
  11. Agree. I really can't see Ireland contributing anything that Guthrie then Nolan won't. Absolute waste of a loan. Mary Mother of God.
  12. I'm not one to jump into conspiracy theories like, and i've laughed at the sugestion he isn't been played through contractial agreements, but i've never seen a fairly big money signing just completely shunned from the side and not a word smoken on the matter. 9 appearances in nearly 3 year (1 off the magic number 10 for those conspiracists) and as far as i'm aware he's never been injured.
  13. It is strange though that Pardew has not telt us the craic, he's been quick single out players not pulling there weight in training (i.e Ranger), but as far as i'm aware has not spoke a word on Xisco. In fact I don't believe any manager has since he's been here, just completely left in the dark.
  14. Midfield and attack was this if I remember correctly? Routlege Barton Tiote Arfa Nolan Carroll
  15. Have the french awards been handed out yet mimi? If so who has won?
  16. Did you expect Arsenal to? No? But it still happened - that's the whole point being made here man This season of all seasons, to suggest that everything will go to form is a bit premature. To say we can't do it is frankly ridiculous - Man United have failed to win 11 of their 16 away games so far. well, Jonny, I admire your enthusiasm and if you think that the current team less the likes of Best and Nolan (who played in that Arseanl game) can stage a similar fightback against the best team in the league, you would beliving on cloud cuckoo land. In my opinion, MU will not even break sweat beating us 3-0 at least tomorrow night. I will be absolutely delighted to be proved wrong, but somehow, I doubt it. They are just too good foir us considering our present injury.suspension crisis. They're also better than Wolves, who beat them. Better than Birmingham who they drew with. Better than Villa who they drew with. Better than Sunderland who they drew with. I'm not saying we will beat them or will get something from the game, but it's a lot closer to call than you're suggesting. To suggest the game is over before it's even started is more 'living in cuckoo land'. But I dunno, maybe I'm the only who's been watching the Premier League this season Man U are not the strongest in the centre of the park either, especialy with Scholes out who picked us apart at OT. If we can nulify there wingers (Enrique should have little problems with Valencia if he's on form) then i'd not put it past us been able to control the midfield if we don't give them too much respect. My only fear other than our lack of strikers is that Nani is given far too much space from Simpson, if he is he'll cut us apart
  17. The conspiricy theorists out in full force Why would Ireland be thinking of excuses to not play and attempt to reignite his career? Honestly man.
  18. We could do with him now thats for sure (infact we could have done with him since January). Proper baffeling why he was never given a chance, but obviosly something has went on behind closed doors, he certainky never looked too bad a player during the brief moments we actualy seen him in the first team.
