  1. But Palace's results still directly affect us.
  2. Can imagine him going wild if he scores tomorrow, it'll be beautiful.
  3. I don't even think he realises he's being a nob. He's a genuine nut case.
  4. Van Aanholt and Janmaat will probably switch places so it's areet.
  5. I thought he was pretty poor against Leicester tbh, but I don't know why some are absolutely desperate for him to fail. He has some really good qualities and obviously needs time to develop them properly in this league, it's not guarenteed he'll fulfil his potsntial but atleast give him a chance.
  6. a wise edit. Assumed you'd just made up a term.
  7. Not sure I should ask like, but what are box feet?
  8. I love an underdog until they actually start winning things and getting too big for their boots tbh It's all jealousy though, still rather them than Spurs but I'd prefer it if Arsenal were still in the race.
  9. Finishing above Pardew would be amazing regardless if they get relegated or not.
  10. We could be 6 points behind them on Sunday and we still have to play them at home.
  11. WTF Even discounting the fact Pardew is so bad we could still catch him. It wouldn't even be that unexpected.
  12. Had Firmino, odds were good but I didn't realise how deep he would be playing (probably should have watched the game a bit first). Thinking I'm just going to bite the bullet on trying to score £450-500 every promo on outside FGS odds and follow Paully's method of backing the main goalscorer from the favourites. The offer comes up often enough that it should continue to be a lot more profitable in the long run.
  13. Even if he's absolute shite now (I'll take your word for it) I can guarantee you if we got a decent cross in he'd be far more likely to be on the end of it than any of our other 'strikers'. Riviere? Oh yeah forgot about him, I take it back. I'd agree if he hadn't been through multiple 6 month to a year stretches of not being able to hit a barn door. If he's fit I'd probably start him, don't get me wrong, but there's just as much of a chance he'll score 0 in 9 as there is he'll score 9 in 9. He isn't a guaranteed goalscorer and Mitrovic is far better in general play.
  14. I said the same as TRon like, but Cisse has been fucking fucking shite. And other than the last 2 games Mitrovic has generally more than most to our all round play.
  15. I know he was poor against Bournmouth but dropping Wijnaldum at home seems like just about the stupidest decision we could make
  16. Other than his 1st game I'm strugling to remember him making a meaningful contribution, from memory he went on a run of games where he couldn't keep the ball, and then a couple where he looked OK without scoring before getting injured.
  17. I was a massive defender of his but his appearances this season have been pointless. Mitrovic recently has been just as bad like so it's six and two threes really. The 2 beautiful bastards are heavily responsible in us being shit enough to sign Benitez though so I cannot really complain.
  18. It took Ranieri going crackers in his technical area to spark some life into the ground, it was really weird. Aye I'm proper jelous an that, but it did look really bad.
  19. I'd definitely not be against Colback bicycle kicking Khazri on the 90th minute. EDIT: I also wouldn't be surprised if this is actually Sam's plan, and we leave the game with a few injuries.
  20. Out of the 2 I'd definitely prefer Leicester win it like, as Wullie says we'll never hear the end of it with Spurs, Leicester will have their moment an quietly crawl back into their hole. I think Spurs 'deserve' it though, they play by far the best football in the league imo.
