45 goals in 14 games man, that's fucking ludicrous So is 9 goals like.

I don't think any player on our books has the required attributes to take us forward without additions, I think removing players like Cisse could take us backwards though.
-
How is he not good enough to play for us? Who is good enough to play for us? Are they already on our books or will we have to buy them? How muh will they cost? Will we be better off spending the money on improvements elsewhere? ect I'm the first to admit that I do like Cisse, I don't think he's a poor forward and even when he's not scoring goals he's decent up top when motivated, which he currently seems to be. He needs to regain some goalscoring form, and without it he's not worth his starting role but I'm really uneasy with fans being willing to just flog him when he's arguably the best striker that we actually own. Bring in a new manager, keep Remy, bring in another forward for him to work alongside and we're still a far better outfit across 3 competitions with Cisse in the squad.
-
What? Exactly what I wrote. He's only good enough for a team fighting relegation Even if we keep Remy and bring in another, which isn't going to happen, we still need other strikers on out books. And no matter which way anyone wants to paint it Cisse isn't a horrific forward, not by any stretch of the imagination. We need a new manager and we need some new additions to the squad, we don't need to be getting rid of our 2nd best striker, 3rd perhaps if including Gouffran, although that one is obviously highly debatable. "He's only good enough for a team fighting relegation" is something I'd expect to hear an East Anglian born Barcelona fan to say in a snooker club, it just shows a complete lack of understanding.
-
He's forced some decent saves but everything is too central, he doesn't seem to want to hammer them towards the corners anymore.
-
That's just utter bollocks, when he's not scoring it's difficult to justify his place in the side but to sugest it's his only good trait is just wrong. He's a clumsy player but he's hardly poor on the ball.
-
He definitely has to stay. He's not exactly playing horrifically at the minute and he's striking the ball well he's just hitting just about everything straight at the keeper Playing him on the wing is pure perversion.

Nah man kids I jest.

Still a few on Newcastle-Online too

You won that Bale bet you stuck on at the start of the season yet, Neil, or still waiting on a couple more?

God. Doesn't exist. this proper tickled me.

Is it just me or has Neesy gotten dramatically smarter over the past week or so?

Or perhaps that's really just his point of view? This arrogant rubbish is the exact reason why this thread is so crap. And telling people that their opinions against someone are irrational or mental isn't arrogant? This thread is crap because people are still trying to bring a reasonable defence to the table for Pardew despite there being none, and people like you coming in all chilled like "It's just his opinion, man" Fair enough, this is my opinion, I reckon it's f***ing rubbish, and people who are sick to their back teeth of the bloke managing us are obviously going to find it pretty antagonising. People like me being rational and having the mental capacity to not keep on getting ridiculously worked up over one person's opinion? People say Ian's the battered wife, what about the individuals that keep on getting irate at what he says when you can just ignore him? I can't say I've ever really seen Ian as arrogant, no, although, it's probably just overshadowed by the far more overt obnoxiousness you see regularly in this thread. I don't agree with Ian, I want Pardew gone but I just see no reason to see stuff like what you've just posted. Well, you know, maybe that's just my point of view?

Like many people who for some odd reason defended Pardew heavily throughout the past couple of years Ian is currently in some weird state of limbo, where he feels like he has to go on as if he wasn't defending Pardew, but instead just offering an alternative view to what is being described as "mental hatred." Hence we get a lot of posts that don't really mean anything, but just say "he's bad yeah, we all KNOW that, but he isn't AS bad as people are saying." This gets classified as defending him, because it is defending him.

Another 2 4-0 defeats and it's a maybe, add a 5-0 to that and Ian will be heartily on board. One thing he is certain of though, these hammering CAN NOT continue. It doesn't matter if I'm on board or not, I'm just saying. We all all Ian, we all are. Mild weather outside, huh?

I've honestly payed so little attention to us since he's arrived that I can barely even remember a touch of the ball from him, good or bad, to even make a meaningful comment on him. That's never happened before like, for us to have a player and me genuinely not having a clue what he's fucking like, games are just passing me by.

Hopefully under a bus tyre.

The 3-0s got a bit boring after a while and I honestly thought I'd had my fill of 4-0 losses after the Southampton game, but apparently not I quite enjoyed that, I reckon I've got another one in me too.

Cannot wait to hear him talk about how great Man Utd are.
