We’ve been fine, commentary keep mentioning they’ve dominated but they’ve created very little. Longstaff, Wilson and Gordon should atleast have forced a decent save each.

Wilson has been shit but he’s far more physical than Isak. We can theorise all we like about how Isak would do but it’s patently obvious why Howe would go with the more traditional 9 away to Man City (if he’s right to do so we’ll see). Cannot be arsed to find the games but Isak has been anonymous in a few of his starts like.

Isak has been bullied out of numerous games in limited starts man. I’m not defending Wilson, it’s just canny obvious why Howe would prefer him.

2 different sides, we saw a lot of the ball against Man Utd and they were organised defensively. Man City will dominate possession and try to pin us in, Wilson isn’t a target man but he’s a much better outlet to hit than Isak.

The idea of the front three is canny obvious like.

Wilson makes sense away to Man City like, Isak would likely be completely bullied out of the game.

@Boycott Saudi is probably a decent lad man Family man, 2 kids and a slightly overweight wife, decent face but the years are showing. He's too much of disruptance to not be useful. The problem (imo) is that we have him, Longstaff, Almiron, and Willock all in the same side most of the time. They all bring a lot individually (and in pairs) but as a team it's obviously lacking in quality on the ball. We only really have Bruno, Isak and Maxi who are actually dangerous.
