  1. Anfield innit? Aye, it's at Anno.
  2. Got to admit, as sad as it sounds this whole 'Man Utd being shit' thing has probably been the highlight of the season for me.
  3. How many strikers have recovered from 21 months of shiteness (no injury either) to full "form"? He missed a bag of chances then scored one. I'm delighted he did in the end but this is not even a mini-run in form. It's 1 goal against a team who will do exceptionally well not to get relegated. I hope he can turn the corner and become a great player for us again but scoring 1 clear-cut chance out of 4 against Crystal Palace at home doesn't fill me with optimism. This is literally the type of reaction we laugh at whenever Torres gets his 1 goal in 8 games. This. Amnesia about the chances he misses is widespread One goal against a set of relegation battlers and it's almost like he didn't spend who knows how long unable to hit an active volcano with a heat-seeking missile. At least wait a few games before proclaiming how good he is. If he manages to put together a string of good performances and more importantly goals then I'll start believing that he may have turned a corner.
  4. This is my prediction for the match. Rampo.
  5. Be quite funny if after hearing that, Liverpool recalled Borini.
  6. That link man! The first 3 paragraphs are about us, with Macko Bingo favo 'boycoutt' getting an immediate mention. This though... Flirting with relegation? Flirting? I would say you're balls deep with relegation, feeling your balls fizz and approaching the vinegar strokes, idly thinking about where to wipe your flaccid dicks afterwards.... Flirting! I'd say relegation is hinting about a ring at this point, like.
  7. Aye there's one near me too. Who has a flag pole man!? Macko Polo
  8. Not sure like, I think Livo will really go for it, they've got an actual chance at the title for the first time in years, they can't afford to drop points against relegation battlers.
  9. They do that every summer. Setting alight the transfer window and all that. And even if they stay up they'll need a whole new team, AGAIN. There are perhaps 3 reasonably good players in their team and they don't even f***ing own two of them, major investment is needed once more as they can't generate that kind of money by selling the dross they have atm. I'm curious as to when Ellis Short will reach the point where he says 'you know what, this clearly isn't working, no you can't have loads of money to waste on s*** players again.' Seems worse this season. Last season they had Sessegnon, Mignolet and Rose (loan). This season they have Borini (loan) who despite probably being their best player isn't exactly a goal machine. They are in real trouble. They don't have a single player I would have near our first 11 this time around. Edit: Forgot Johnson tbf but I wouldn't put much faith in his long term form. I was thinking Mannone, Ki and Borini are their only reasonably good players, but Borini is the only one I'd consider for our team and that's only as a backup to Remy because we're so short of options up front. They don't have anyone I'd put in our first-team. When Ki and Borini are gone literally their only player worth a shite will be their goalie. In the prem it will be like every single game is one of those pre-relegation Given vs <insert team here> games we used to have every so often. Sometimes, I think about the difference between the two teams, and then I consider that we actually handed these useless puddles of dick dribble 6 points this season. I can only assume it was out of pity as we knew they wouldn't stay up without them.
  10. They do that every summer. Setting alight the transfer window and all that. And even if they stay up they'll need a whole new team, AGAIN. There are perhaps 3 reasonably good players in their team and they don't even fucking own two of them, major investment is needed once more as they can't generate that kind of money by selling the dross they have atm. I'm curious as to when Ellis Short will reach the point where he says 'you know what, this clearly isn't working, no you can't have loads of money to waste on shit players again.'
  11. They must love that Scocco like, it's as if he came pre-packaged. Meltdown is as amusing as always, 'everyone out', 'I hope we go down' etc etc.
  12. This is probably the most pissed-off I've ever seen this forum about us scoring a winning goal
  13. To be fair, we did challenge for a champion's league spot one season.
  14. 5 points between 10th and 20th, it's tighter than Ashley's wallet down there.
  15. Isn't he a meerkat? I thought she was the Chancellor of Germany Could be both, to be fair.
  16. yeah good to judge him on 30 mins, what did Sissoko/Cabs/Remy produce in 90? Clearly we need to shop them all and go for a Sunderland-esque January in which we buy an entire new team.
  17. So is Cheryl Cole tbh. And Carlton Banks.
  18. And the 5-2 vs Fulham, although I can't find a video. http://www.fulhamfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/1112Highlights/0,,10415~2585696,00.html for 4-2. What the fuck did he think he was doing, he should have passed.
  19. Yes, how dare he try to take on the ball and create a game-changing moment by himself, why if I didn't know better I'd say he thought that was what we bought him for! The nerve. Doesn't he know that he only gets on the pitch so he can be the second coming of Danny Guthrie?
  20. I'm looking at an Arsenal forum and they're all whinging about how the ref is against them
  21. I would love it if someone just ran on and drop kicked him right in the chin, like.
  22. Equalise. I would have been happy with a draw from this one from the start and it's not impossible just because they've gone a goal up, as we've proven in the past.
