I'd say the only incompetence is from whoever is failing to get us sponsorship deals etc to boost our revenue. Hidden gems are out there of course, but as soon as a team like us come calling, agents are on the blower to get them a better deal elsewhere. You can't blame us for going for top class, known players. That's what big clubs do. We're trying, but it's the PSR fucking us over more than anything.
