This has got to be the deadest match thread in ages.. everyone okay??

Gutted I never got to see him in the flesh. Was screaming at the telly every time he got the ball. Not had that with a player since. That West Brom game will live a long memory for me. Yes he was probably a bit of a pain in the arse, but he was a player you have to build around. Pardew and him were never gonna see eye to eye. I don’t think Eddie would have been a major fan either. Keegan on the other hand would of been perfect for him imo. Happy Birthday Hataaaammm. Would love to see him at St James at half time one day.

I go a fair few Coventry games and really thought we would have been interested. So many times last season I thought he’d be perfect for us. He likes a night out now and then though.

I’ve watched them a lot this season. On their day they’re a very good side, a lot better than Blackburn. They’d be up for it.

Everyone was pretty shite tonight, but Sean looked like a trailist. So many times muscled off the ball, poor passing could name a lot more. Would start Miley ahead of him.

As many have said, his reluctance for a change of tactic/personnel (although limited on the personnel front) is the greatest concern. It’s seriously annoying, but we need to start next season with him imo unless we finish somewhere daft like 14TH. If that happens it would really show the players have lost confidence in him. Our fixture list from now isn’t that bad at all. If we get our act together we could salvage this season to a certain extent.

It really would be the best option imo.

Normally when there is this much pessimism, we seem to pull one out the bag.

Tino was carrying a little niggle as Burn came back if I recall. Still should be ahead of Burn now though.

If he’s going, I’m 100% sure we’ve got someone lined up in his place already. We’re threadbare as it is, the board and Eddie know we can’t let someone go without replacing them.

Cov 3-1 Leicester the other day. Great game. Atmosphere was brilliant. Cov fans are very vocal and basically have a jukebox in regards to their songbook. A lot of them not just shit copies of other fans songs. We could learn a thing or two off of them? I had O’Hare 3-1 at 55/1 too. Went fucking mental when he scored at the end.

Yeah, I had an argument with the fellas sat behind me who told me to sit down when I held up the sign. It made for an awkward 70 mins or so for the remainder of the game?

I didn’t go so can’t comment on the experience, but I’d put money on fucking hating it. Maybe it’s the non conformist in me, but all of it seemed wayyy too over the top. I like doing my own thing on matchdays.. (food/drink/brasses). Fuck queuing up hours before to be offered a fucking cereal bar. Tarring 6000 fans with the same brush is a load of bollocks for me.
