It could be larger. A lot of the land around there has been carved up and without paying for the title, I can't see who actually owns, but I'm assuming the developer does. Like that piece of land is where the memorial stuff is, and I'm assuming that was sold off by Ashley. That piece of land is also on a separate title, which again I'm assuming was bought by the developer. Will be a lot easier to see what they've bought when they submit their application to the Land Registry. I'd imagine they'll merge all of the titles.

There's a mortgage dated 2018 still over the land, and no pending applications to transfer the land, so highly unlikely they've bought it
