Given that neither can run I massively doubt they'd be better than Perez or Wijnaldum in that position. I thought Perez was good when he came on FWIW Good is a bit much, he didn't complete a pass and he only touched the ball 6 times when he came on.

How were Perez & Wijnaldum?

First goal should have been stopped, Sturridge had two defenders on him but they allowed him a shot. Other then that Mbemba and Lascelles did well.

Saivet looked far better defensively for us and put in a fuck tonne of effort, wish he was ahead of Shelvey.

Well that is just not true. Whether you rate the lad or not, don't think you can deny that he always does his best for the team and works his bollocks off. Just a shame so often this season he has lacked a finishing ability.

Liking him a bit more, still a long way to make me think different of him but hope he continues.
