Not having that like. We got Pardew who nobody wanted, Carver who's not a manager and McClaren who almost nobody wanted. Maybe if we appointed a decent f***ing manager with decent f***ing credentials and decent f***ing experience we wouldn't have this same problem again and again. Appointments have been twatful from the start of his regime, not just starting with Pardew. On the whole, what you've said is bang on though.

Nah, this is never the best thing. Regardless of the situation, that's still the last thing we want. Not according to the poll on here, 54 % wants to be relegated We've been relegated recently, bounced back with ease and now ended up in exactly the same position except with foreigners who seemingly now don't care rather than overpaid british players who couldn't really be arsed. Yes, Ashley is the biggest problem of all and his on going managerial appointments are fucking tragic but how many relegations should we suffer? If we go down, we might not runaway with the championship again and if we do go down, and Ashley stays, do we then want another relegation to league 1 to see if that makes him sell the club? I personally just don't think wishing the worst on us is the way forward in sheer hope Ashley eventually caves in.

  4. He was fantastic today, so was Anita. Was a 50/50 call for the sub. Still don't like Colback. Credit where it's due though.
  5. Tiote has had his time, thought we should have shipped him this summer and kept Abeid. Colback and Tiote is still pretty close call though. Neither should be starting, I know that for sure. Anita is comfortably better than both.
  6. Because he played one under 19 French captain in CM? I really don't think he would have ruined a team with the forward line we set out with against Northampton. If anything, he would have relished in the role, imo.
  7. I'm not having a go at either players ability or performance. More the fact both probably don't have too much longer here and we could/should have showed more faith in Kemen.
  8. I'd be genuinely devastated and disappointed if Newcastle don't manage to keep hold of Kemen. Letting Abeid go was silly and if we manage to bump off Kemen as well, we've lost two very good young prospects needlessly. Tiote and Gouffran CM last night, he's never going to want to stay with us if we won't give him a look in a game like that with those two playing instead.
  9. He went on a mazy run in first half and went past a few players, then in the second half when he was at left back. Bar that it was performance of his off days in the reserves. Haidara didn't help him out at all with his passing up the line, sold him short time and time again. Expected Aarons to really put himself in the mix for a starting berth but this did him no favours. Tbf to him, he was on fire pre-season and should have been one of the first on team sheet against Southampton, he's now hardly played since pre-season so should be little surprise if he's went off the boil to an extent.
  10. Very impressed. Although think already you can sense he'll have a love/relationship. His first touches against Man Utd, he put Luke Shaw on his arse inside his own half. Tonight he tried a similar thing, got caught out but got away with it, the groans in the crowd though [emoji30] He's exciting and very much what we need!
  11. Tough call on weather he should keep his place or not. I think Mbemba and Colo should be given their chance. Taylor has been around long enough now for us to know this doesn't last. Be it his form or injuries.
  12. No no he hasn't been that bad to get booed, yet [emoji2] Just get people standing up shouting at him, making out like any mistake is catastrophic because it's Anita. Happy when his number is up and he's going off first. Colback is treated like royalty compared to Anita.
  13. That's because a lot of fans at the ground have about as much football knowledge as Lee Ryder. Even social networking, you see far more praise for Colback than Anita. I'm surprised Anita has stuck around this long tbh. He's not had the backing of fans and his performances on the pitch have generally been way below standard because we never played to his strengths.
  14. It doesn't feel like that in the ground. Colback seems far more popular amongst fans than Anita. Even though Anita has much more ability than him.
  15. Who'd have thought Pardew would be ruining a player? who knew? oh aye, everyone Not really, I'd say the majority of the fans haven't stuck by Anita. A lot questioned his physicality for this league along with his overall ability to play football. Even on here when I said during pre-season Anita would be a key player under McClaren and show how good he actually is, it was rubbished off.
  16. Far too keen in the first mile of the race. Travelled well but used up far too much energy early in the race. Tough day at York today, some big price winners. Yeah, was pulling. Jockey seemed to get settled and in a good stride though. If the horse ran out of it a furlong out, the pulling would be an excuse but for me, it just didn't get the trip. It can happen, go back to 1m4f, reassess situation then maybe give it one more crack. Good horse regardless though.
  17. We had a corner, he played it short and within seconds he was sending Rooney on a counter. Anita can't keep covering him and playing the two man midfield on his own. Colback positionally is up with the worst I've seen.
  18. McClaren was talking about how strong he was, Luke Shaw brushed him off without much effort. If Obertan isn't dropped for Arsenal, I fear he's here to play his part [emoji19]
  19. Love Vern. Shame we've wasted him since he arrived. Glad he's now been given a chance to show his true ability. He'll only get better.
  20. Well Hernando won't be going back to the 1m6f again, cruised through the race but had absolutely nothing left in the final couple of furlongs.
  21. Just came on to post this Yep, big time on this at 8/1. Ballydoyle at 11/8 over at the Curragh it is a bit short given what it's up against but they must really fancy this horse to be a bit special. Would have won the race before its last as well had it not been for a shite ride by Moore.
  22. Surprised but deserved. We were on the road to destroying the poor bloke's career. Firmly believe McClaren will get him back on track and he will prove a
  23. Doesn't make a difference to our midfield yet first game of the season and our midfield crumbled in his absence. Guess it wasn't nonsense after all. Anita under SM has a key role to play and will win over a lot more admirers under this new style of play.
