He's had it tough now for a long time now Colo, love the guy to bits but his day is numbered just as much as Pardew. Mbiwa should have took his place in the side and he's probably fortunate to be still captain in the fact we haven't any other stand out contenders. His performances have been way below par and his leadership is non-existent. His off field worries with family/friends hasn't helped his cause in the slightest but it certainly seems with the club as high pressured as it currently is, it's all too much for him. I don't think he's finished as a footballer, but he can't carry on the way he's going at this football club.

In terms of supporting the team i mean, we cheer if we score, we stand up if an attack is looking promising. We don't cheer on Hull to win the game and cheer their goals. Anything Pardew related during the game is fully justfiable, the players will be expecting that so it shouldn't bother them too much but if they perform well, the players still deserve praise, not criticism. It's not out of the realms of possibility that we lose on Saturday and Pardew is still taking training next week. Ashley is still a cunt and will remian a cunt, long after Pardew has gone, he's still the biggest problem with football club imo. Pardew will be long gone and we will still be wanting Ashley out. Getting Pardew out is just a short term fix for the good of the club, long term it's still Ashley out. One step at a time i suppose.
-
You and the rest of the idiots just want Pardew to retain his job. Well we will see the reaction 'If' we score and take the lead on Saturday. If people boo, then they shouldn't go to the match in the first place. Players still need support regardless.
-
'Ultimately we must still support the team' agree with that line 110%, cheering Hull players to win wouldn't be the right way to act.
-
Not sure about that Well...it would put more pressure on Ashley to sack him if we lost. We still don't want to be adrift at the bottom of the table so early though. Cheering Hull to win wouldn't be the right way to go about things, our players still need our support, not their fault Pardew is a dead man walking, he's brought it on himself.
-
'Sorry not sorry', that's all that statement reads to me. Get them all out.
-
Excellent how well that has been presented. We still need 3 points on Saturday and good to see that hasn't been forgot about that the players still need support.

Got this confirmed with work that I'm off, so I'll deffo be there. Just seen the lineups and I must say, it slightly hurt I'm not on the same team as Ian Looking forward to it, should be a cracking day P.s you lot best brush up on your dart skills just incase by the off chance we end up in a dart competition again
-
That's it as well, home or away you are met with a brick wall of about 50% of our support. Even last Saturday a few piping up kicking off at the Ben Arfa chanting. Understand there's players on the pitch who we should be supporting but when it's glaringly obvious a talent like Ben Arfa is being forced out, we should singing his name for a lot louder and longer.
-
6 month loan apparently, that gives slight hope that he may return.
-
People like you are part of the reason he's going, you've got no real right to be arsed tbh. Aye, obviously. Going to matches home and away to support your team is forcing your favourite player out the club.
-
Hope Ben Arfa fucks them off! Surely not Hull!

We'll be comfortable as fuck this season, no doubt about it but we'll finish around 9th/10th and a million points off a European place. I don't think it's been a disaster summer, we've brought some very good players to the club but more should have been done to push on. Pardew could get sacked tomorrow and it won't change our final position in the league but we won't be a million miles of Europe and the football would improve, most importantly Ben Arfa would return. The players at the club are talented and have good deal of character and team spirit about them, relegation is most certainly not on the cards. Riviere/Perez/Ferrerya need to be given time by fans and manager before written off that they can't score goals or play well, still early days.

Any spaces left for this? If so i'm in.

Welbeck is decent in most aspects of the game but hasn't got one standout quality that puts him on the next level. He'll need to drastically improve one department of his game if he wants to be seen as a top striker, at the moment, he falls short of that. Needs to take his chance similar to what Sturridge did with Liverpool.
-
Anita told Riviere to mark him and he said nar. Saw it from the Gallowgate. f***ing ridiculous. This!! Was fucking horrible watching it all unfold knowing the potential outcome! I'm getting angry again just at the thought of it all happening again! Anita was far too nice!
-
Agree. I'm not his biggest fan or biggest hater but he's an important player for sure. Has his weaknesses but today nobody just sat in front of the defence and took responsibility to protect the back four and retain possession. Colback and Sissoko seemed intent on who could cover more ground, neither offered us much really, suppose Colback at least put a few tackles in, same can't be said for Sissoko, soft as shite!
-
Very strange game today. Didn't feel like a 3-3 simply because it was a fairly boring game. We dominated possession but seemed suspect to conceding everytime Palace ventured forward with intent. Thought Pardew's tactics of Sissoko/Colback in the middle was a disaster. Both covered plenty of grass but neither got a grip of the game, protected the defence or recycled possession well. Anita or Tiote are a must in the midfield. De Jong looked lost on the pitch, didn't find an ounce of space once, he needs time. Cabella couldn't lace Ben Arfa's boots, I do like him but he's going to have to improve a lot if he wants to be a success in this league. Janmaat is also better than Debuchy, easy to see at this early stage. I'm still replaying in my mind the moment Rivière pointed and told Anita to stride over to mark a player three times the size of him whilst he stood and done fuck all. For that alone, aside from his shite performance, he should be dropped with immediate effect.

Need a huge performance from Messi tonight. If he delivers goals, the whole betting world wins.

After last nights disaster with France, I'm trying to force myself in missing out on Belguim tonight. So hard to turn away such lovely value, teasing!

Brett.... Hang on... Sneaky posts in my absence. I say he is shite when Real lose or fail to get the right result in anger. I've clarified I just think he's a very good striker but he's short of the worlds best and Madrid should upgrade to someone better. I'm far from his biggest fan though, his face even annoys me! -
France have brutally raped me tonight! Early games, btts and win Argie/Bosnia, later games France/Swiss to win to nil, 25 quid acc. That Ecuador keeper must have 20 for positioning on FM, if he hasn't, he needs editing!
