  1. Might as well give him the time to heal and heal well since his injury looks to be the repetitive kind.

    Loïc Remy

Don't think so. Exactly. Everything still depends on Remy's decision next summer.
  3. It's for one match and we are playing Norwich at home. The sum of the 2 CBs is better than what else we have seen his season. Besides if we don't play Dummett or Haidara against weak opposition at home, when will they get their game time if we don't loan them out? For the same reason Bigirimana should be improving instead of stagnating here.
  4. That doesn't give a definitive picture though considering Williamson plays more matches by virtue of Taylor being a crock. Clean sheets are also a result of how the whole team is set up including the cover the midfielders offer to the CBs. Not taking away his recent good performances of course.
  5. Hopefully he gets the starts over the international break. It had been start-stop for him with his injures and now he turned in the performance of his life over the weekend. Stekelenburg not being in great form over at Fulham should help too.

    Sunderland

Makes you wonder if he bothered about sports science and dietetics when they can come up with such flawed logic.

    Loïc Remy

If him and his agent wants the reputed 100k wages (non-negotiable) he earned at QPR to stay here, who's for paying up and who's for telling him to buzz off, 'we can't hurt our bottomline'?

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Think Pardew is happy with the extra protection Gouffran and Sissoko gives the FBs, and Hatem will have to be at his very best to come in over the competition. Should be interesting the next few games though. We've got the 2 toughest matches over and have lesser teams coming up. Norwich is next and we should show attacking intent. Debuchy is suspended for that match leading to changes in team dynamics. And then we have 4 yellows a piece on Cabaye and Sissoko so two of our midfielders are likely to be suspended before the turn of the year.
  9. I believe he's a mainstay in their squad. Wasn't called up for next matches cos he's suspended. Cisse on the other hand will most likely kiss his WC ticket goodbye considering Ivory Coast's win in the first leg.
  10. 8 players including Suarez and Aguero have their prices increased one day into the international break. My plans to bring in transfers have been thrown into disarray accordingly.

    Papiss Cissé

It was as if he was inspired with the team's performance that he recovered some confidence to execute that strike. Would have been amazing for him if it went in but it's still a good sign he managed to do so. Thought he did reasonably well with a couple of runs. One where he was marginally ruled offside after a great pass from Cabaye and the other where Spurs' defence were tight on him. Hopefully he is regaining some spring back in his boots.
  12. People keep saying this and yet the few times he's played there he looks awkward. I think left back is simply his strongest position. Yeah, there was a game near the end of last season and his instinct was still to cut inside even though it was on to his left-foot. Those movements are probably ingrained after hours of training and matches. Similarly Jonas when played on the right sent in a cross with his left peg.
  13. GW12: Everton 1-2 Liverpool Arsenal 2-1 Southampton Fulham 0-2 Swansea Hull 1-1 Crystal Palace Newcastle 2-0 Norwich Stoke 2-1 Sunderland West Ham 1-2 Chelsea Man City 2-1 Tottenham Cardiff 0-3 Man Utd West Brom 1-1 Aston Villa
  14. Portsmouth literally couldn't afford to play him as they would have to pay Watford for his appearances iirc.
  15. Arsenal and Man City have basically screwed up my gameweek. Cheers you useless pigs.
  16. Still waiting for: Messi to drink his piss Bimpy to propose to the missus Someone to donate a tenner (?) to the SBR Foundation
  17. Going to trigger the same doubts of yesterdays past if they lose this imo.
  18. Yeah you did and I had it as my signature until recently. Still waiting for you to propose to Mrs Bimpy btw.
  19. The one time RvP doesn't take a corner, he gets a free run to score a header.
  20. Brett are you actually 12 ?. They actually are though. In poor form of late Swansea, squad is rather thin. Laudrup got a difficult job on his hands this season. Lost their derby last week, conceded late midweek in Europe, down 2-0 off an awful Stoke side. Things are looking bleak from them. Funnily enough this might be fun, i dont remember who it is on here, but someone quoted them stating 'i'll eat my own s*** if we finish above Swansea' SEMTEX.
  21. Great direction on the header btw.
