Just doesn't work like that, though. Wouldn't blame the fans if they do boo, just concerned what effect that will have on the players when there's still survival to play for. Deep inside, I hope Pardew and the board eventually knows how we feel about this season though.

We're not safe yet and that should be the main consideration. The fans should let go only when we are safe.

Signed to provide crosses for Carroll. 0 assists this season.

FM-speak. What do you call that then? I think he's laughing at the concept of us trying to reach the byline to cut a ball back, rather than your use of terminology. This.

Been terrific this season. Argentine, versatile in many positions, hardworker who does his job professionally. We have one too.

A 1-2, then a cut-back from the byline. So simple yet so effective. We should drill this into our players.

No idea. Caught the commentator mentioning 10 years so that's probably the significance. Can't recall them with applause for MVF in past seasons.

10th anniversary of Marc Vivien Foe's death I think.

Gives me hope. Black box, white words will be nice.

http://www.themag.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/ManagersTable1.jpg 2012 data. Shouldn't be that hard to upgrade the manager if we pay not that significantly higher. Considering one league position is close to 1m payout, we should be able to pay more to get a manager to suit the playing style of the players we have.

Apparently on 450k annually + incentives before he signed that 8 year contract. I doubt the new one is likely to be significantly higher considering Ashley has been bitten twice over compensations to Keegan and Allardyce. For the same reason, it will be hard to believe Ashley does not hold the cards with that contract; he'll likely have an escape clause of sorts with minimal compensation should he sack Pardew. If Pardew was so sure of a fat paycheck when he walks, he would not have been sweating like a pig before the January signings and results were poor. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/alan-pardew-pay-off-from-newcastle-united-1503097 One year's compensation according to article. Less than a mil?

Alan Pardew - dividing opinions since 1999.

http://www.sportsdirect.nl Somehow I don't think that URL is his.. Haha, that site actually exists.

You will need the actual game. The player search allows you to sort by place of birth too. If you don't have the game, go wiki the player list for each team as an alternative. Start with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barclays_Premier_League#Clubs for easy navigation. > club > first team squad > player. Place of birth usually listed under their personal information. Edit: http://www.transfermarkt.com/en/premier-league/startseite/wettbewerb_GB1.html another option if you don't trust the 'editability' of wikipedia.

Shola, Pele, Mueller, Messi, CR9.

Why haven't we looked into La Liga for the archetypical small skilful Spanish winger/ inside forward. Swansea's transfers have shown that it's a bargain hunting ground if we look carefully.

Get old Haidara to tap him up, worked wonders with Cabaye and his army of goons. Gignac is his cousin. Sign Gignac then get him to tap Mollo.

Fwiw Belhanda and PEA could be considered as options on the left too. Although the latter is more effective as a striker and his impressive form means we ain't getting any closer to a deal.
