Too many local non league matches to remember or list, although non for years. Edinburgh derby, Hibs v St Mirren, countless Makem matches over the years when we were in league below ( to see man u, liverpool ect), York v someone a very long time ago, Sheffield Utd v Forest, Leeds game mid eighties (cant remember opposition) probably loads more that I'll recall after posting. Used to love just watching a match without the total emotion of "must win" which NUFC held when I was away training or on a break somewhere. Just remembered went to Euro 96 matches at SJP and Olympics one's.

It really is better for those of us, who believe that a total boycott of Ashley FC is the only answer, that Bruce doesn't become our next manager. I remember a night match v Wrexham around 1980 which, thankfully, was abandoned at half time. Think they guessed the crowd was 4.5k, I managed to get a seat in east stand from a season ticket holder who probably knew it would not finish. Crowds were regularly around 14k to 17k but I was younger and had hope. Keegan saved the club.

I hope anybody still harbouring hope that there is some sort of masterplan have, eventually, had their eyes opened. Just let him have his club it's no longer either loyal or fun to pay to watch it burn.
