I thougt it was the right decision to start with Taylor. I mean, he is strong in the air and use to these kind of battling strikers like Benteke. Not saying MYM would have done badly, but I can understand the decision.

There was actually some debate in Finnish and Swedish press about Litmanen and Zlatan. They agreed that Zlatan has had a better career (surprise ) but some of them said Litmanen in his prime was better. Difficult to say because they are playing in different positions, but Zlatan certainly has had a more successful career. I rate him to top 5 strikers in the world at the moment.

Only thing keeping us up is that there are few teams that are utter garbage. If Wigan, QPR and Soton don´t get their act together that may save us. I still think we will win those easy home games, just need reinforcements. The bench today was horrible.

Can I answer with this avatar? For me he is the biggest reason why I love football. Jari at his best, and even in the latter years of his career, made watching football so entertaining. Ridicilous first touch and was a great passer, although in Ajax he was more of a goalsorer. IIRC he has only missed 2 penalties during his career and once got a red card. I still think Tiote is just having a bad season, he is not a bad player. 11/12 and 10/11 especially he was great. He should be the one picking the ball from centre back and finding either Cabs, Marv or fullback. Anita can do this against weaker teams and offer more in the final third.

I somehow think Marveaux is a better no 10 than Cabs. Yo is more like Pirlo, a playmaker with great passing but cant go past players. Marveaux should be behind Cisse and Cabs and Anita sitting deeper. Dont know where Tiote fits in though
