Yes, it seems a really flimsy argument. Football teams are businesses and have got a right to an anti-competition claim if it affects their business. They can’t be expected to rely on some shady arbitration with rules set by the very people who are restraining their trade

I disagree. In that he has had only one point to make but has made it last ages and I think he was desperate to be told to stop. I’m sure he could have made it last longer than 20 mins but it would have been more of the same filibustering and nothing new. Seemed like he was floundering to me.
