I didn’t see last week. So maybe Barnes and Gordon did swap at times. But I have often found our lack of flexibility with our front 3 a bit frustrating. Especially when Gordon is so crap as a centre forward. Yet on his day, unplayable wide left. You’d much rather any finishes from cut backs/crosses or long shooting opportunities were falling to Barnes, as well. Neither are a good option up top, mind. Ridiculous that we knew Wilson was leaving for all this time and we still haven’t replaced him.

Didn’t see him last week. But flair players are often inconsistent. Massively helped today playing against a centre midfielder at LB. Who is getting absolutely no help whatsoever from his teammates. Garner looks isolated every time the ball comes near him. Probably a tactic from Brighton.

Ndiaye often looks good for Everton. Such a non-Everton type of player and all. Been pretty good this. Fairly end to end.
