They had plenty mid-season. Especially at CB.
-
Not really realistic though is it? Pep seems to love him.
-
He has been getting a lot more minutes, so I guess that ship has sailed. But I was pleased when we were linked with him. I think he’d be great for us and offer something different in the midfield and wide areas.

O’Reilly looks a player.
-
Rogers is brilliant. But yet another player with the perfect mix of being great and a dickhead. So it’s easy to dislike them. Bruno Fernandes the king of this, of course. Petulant as fuck. Loves a dive and a bit of needle. Then loses his head when it doesn’t go his way. Like he did a minute ago with De Bruyne. He was the same at SJP.
-
Started really well. But since the equaliser, it’s been a bit shite. Both teams a bit cagey and sloppy on the ball.
-
Corr. Just seen the other angle. Looks to get a slight touch and it’s a massive dive from Ramsey. Why do they only show them one or two angles FFS. Horrendous the way they use this technology.

Nunes for City is fucking shit. All came from his awful pass. I agree with the pen. Thought it looked nailed on in real time.
-
Martinez is weird. For someone that regularly looks world class. He doesn’t half chuck some in.
-
Didn’t he get a bollocking off both his managers this season for having a go at his teammates on the pitch for general shit play? He’s going to get a lot of fines and bollockings if he goes to Man U
-
Been nursing a bit of a knee injury, hasn’t he? Not that you would have realised that on Saturday
-
I’m sure @brummie could put me right. But I have no fucking idea what their best team is?! As to me, that arguably looks stronger than the team that mollywhopped us on Saturday. I can’t wait until we have 17-18 starting quality players and not 14 at a push.
-
Simeone does like defenders to defend, too. He seems like a South American Bramble a lot of the time. So many good attributes, but just always seems to have a clown moment in him.
-
Surely Gordon is valued at between £70-80m, that sort of area? So we would be offering around the equivalent of £130-140m for Sancho. Weakening our squad in the meantime and crippling our current wage structure.
-
Plus the £200 odd grand a week. Making him our highest earner.
-
Yeah. But I remembered him being a good shot stopper. Not having balsa wood wrists and chucking goals in every game
-
3 already. One he got off the hook because of the offside. I know everyone wants a ball playing keeper these days. But similar to old fashioned stopper types and the art of defending has changed. It seems like keepers have gone down a similar path. You see so many clown show keepers every week. I swear it didn’t used to always be like this.
-
I’m sure Vicario was quality before his injury. Seems to make a mistake every game since his return.
-
Shite keeping.
-
The covid season having an asterisk next to it is bollocks and all. Every team was in the same boat.
-
He’s not. See a mate Friday who goes home and away. We’ve said for a while about doing the game at SJP. He said he’s barely arsed about going at the minute and wants Maresca sacked.
-
Fucking Fulham. Last time I looked after 80 mins it was 1-0. Still think Chelsea look ropey and they have some hard fixtures. I fancy us to beat them at SJP. But it’s still fucking annoying.
-
Marc Guehi and Idrissa Gana Gueye have both caused controversy around this gay stuff. I reckon they’re both in the closet.

I agree with people saying players have off days, we don’t have another CM we can rotate in for him and that he plays too much football. Meaning he looks a bit jaded at times. I love Bruno and what he brings. But I also don’t see anything wrong with pointing out how exposed he was yesterday and that it highlights his physical limitations. In a game like that against such a quick, direct and incisive passing team. It isn’t a shock that he got a bit found out. Especially when the tactics were off and other players were getting pulled all over the pitch too. The gaps between players were too big and that just isn’t his game. He just isn’t fast enough and I felt he was either bypassed or players were happy to invite him in to make a needless foul. Tactics didn’t suit us or him. But he was his own worst enemy with his complete head loss and it’s not a new thing.

We do usually have a rough time of it down there. But their form has dropped right off.
