How can a correct offside decisions be wrong? I'd rather have that than blatantly incorrect decisions which aren't even close. It needs to be quicker but that can be sorted Sort the handball thing out, get officials who understand the game to look at incidents and it will be better
-
Yeah I agree, the handball thing needs revision as well
-
They complain about the accuracy of the technology though, its too precise but you either want it right or have decisions which aren't and are subject to unconscious bias to the bigger clubs I like the tech, it just needs to be interpreted by competent officials who understand the game
-
It's all lumped into the same thing. The "credins looking at it" are part of VAR. Are you just trying to say that the technology is fine? The technology is fine, does exactly what it is supposed to do
-
Its not VAR thats the problem its the cretins looking at it

So we've earlier turned against Amnesty, now it's come to smearing Khashoggi and his wife. And thats before they've even taken over. Wonder what is next? USA deserved 9/11? Bin Laden was an upstanding citizen and a courageous freedom fighter? All those Yemeni children deserved to die? People have gone completely mad, and it's as bizarre as it is tragic. Not much of what you have said is actually true. No-one has turned against amnesty, frustration has been voiced but I think I can say that there are no posters saying amnesty International is a bad organisation. Being pedantic, its not his wife and whilst she has legitimate grounds for her complaints they are focused solely on nufc, as if we were the only SA business interest.

Ah the language of diplomacy love it

Thats possibly the most inaccurate statement since 'the takeover's imminent'

Always reminded me of a massive foetus

Because if they are meeting government as well as the FA I suspect there can't be many major stumbling blocks and will be diplomatically asking what the hold up is given the concessions they have already made regarding piracy
-
Are we taking that as a bad sign that he has had to try and get involved to get this done ? Think it's the opposite to be honest Agreed
-
Nah, I take that as a way to push through the inertia. Cant have been refused i don't think
-
Was thinking exactly this It has nothing to do with it. Not as such but in this age of dead cat PR I imagine the optics of announcing anything alongside this would look pretty sledgehammer and obvious. It has nothing to do with the D&O test and that's what the Premier League have to go on. OK, I'll let the Daily Mail, know they can't run a headline like 'While trial of dismembered journalist starts the FA approve Saudi takeover - what cunts!!!!' They should be amenable given their history
-
Was thinking exactly this

Man City going in dry here oooof!!!!
