  3. Joe Bennett from Boro. Looks a good player him, left back as well.
  4. When him, Cabaye and Ben Arfa get going man. Going to be sublime.
  5. EhI thought he was ok today, probably his best game. Juse me? Edit : fy blackberry, just*.
  6. His record for us suggests otherwise, apart from when returning from a bad injury or towards the latter end of his career. There was a period where Kluivert and Bellamy were clearly the best strikeforce we had. Then despite them being a revelation up front together, sentimentally prevailed and Kluivert was dumped for Shearer. From that moment on, Kluivert didn't give a f*ck cause he knew if Shearer was fit he'd never play. I remember Everton at Home and Palace away when Kluivert and Bellamy were absolutely amazing. Should have been given a longer run together, was clear Shearer had power in terms of team selecton, especially with Shepherd imo.
  7. So I'm waiting on Birmingham tommorow. I never bet across two days, I didn't even realise it was tommorow till 3 o clock today. They won't win now.
  8. A WAS EE-ARR WHEN RYAN TAYLOR WENT OWER THE WALL
  9. Not really, no. I'm only 22, so didn't see much of the early Shearer. Just on Premiership years, and in the 5-0 against Man United, he looked like he was getting the ball deep and running at players, which he obviously rarely done in the latter years.
  10. Waiting on Man United tonight and Birmingham tommorow for £295.70.
  11. Back in the day, didn't Shearer used to play similar to Rooney? In terms of coming deep to get the ball and attacking players with it? I think injuries ultimately decided the way that Shearer played towards the end of his career, which he was still amazing at. I'd say Shearer, and that's without bias. In today's market, I reckon Shearer would easily be worth £50 million, easy.
  12. Horrible dirty bastard Bardsley. Definately deliberate that.
  13. Serious? If so fair play to them. Edit: Oh, sarcasm? Ooops!
  14. My mate works in the boxes in SJP and at the Fulham game someone (not sure who, he told me this when I was pissed) was telling him that Carroll hated it at Liverpool and couldn't settle, he's got hardly no mates and comes back up here whenever he can. I think we'll have him back within 18 months.
  15. For 350k a week I'd let Shola Ameobi rape me on a day to day basis.
  16. That is a fucking pisstake. Part of the history of the ground ffs, and this fucking whale and his owl of a sidekick are painting our stadium into some kind of red, white and blue fucking taccy sports direct shop. Eurgh man.
  17. Scared now, everything seems to have went quiet for us. Calm before the storm hopefully.
  18. Reckon we'll go for somone not really linked in the end. Rodellaga or Hooper.
  19. Fantastic signing. Obviously went off the boil a bit but by all accounts this boy has the potential to be some player. Just a shame it took so long
  20. Would anyone take a punt on Gradel? 18 goals from the wing last year, would give us an extra option.
  21. I'd be pretty annoyed if all we could muster after 7 months of scouting and player analysis was Macheda on loan like.
  22. Eh so what's Sky cracking on about then?
  23. Mertesacker 41 appearences in 5 years?
  24. It would explain the Muntari links like.
  25. Looking at when Ba hits the bar at the end, that's a great counter attack(which incidentally Smith nearly fucks up). Good to see
