  1. Did fairly well, like. Didn't create much, if anything at all, but I suppose that's not entirely his fault.
  2. Judging by today's performance he'd probably do better playing where Sissoko was.
  3. Might as well do it now though. Nothing to play for in the league.
  4. Shit, got it wrong. One game where we've scored in the last seven then.
  5. Were all right in the first half, didn't really deserve to be down 2-0. Second half we've just totally submitted and scarcely even tried to score.
  6. Nile Ranger scores his 10th of the season for Swindon.
  7. Santon's tracking has been horrific. Shame, as everything else about him playing there has been fine.
  8. First goal Leeds scored was because the keeper's kick got taken by the wind too (and a great finish from McCormack). Wind's been nuts.
  9. Quite interested to see how Santon does in the middle tbh. Has a lot of the necessary attributes. It's just whether he knows where to position himself.

You make that sound like an eternity. He had his breakthrough 3 seasons ago. Have the other academies of Premier League teams been churning out star players since then? Not every player on our books is going to make it. In fact, if 10% of them did we'd have the best youth system in the country. How many other academies have turned out an England international striker in the last 3 or 4 years? That's not really the point I'm making. None of our young players have developed whatsoever under Pardew, including the ones we've bought like Santon, Bigirimana etc.

Last young player we developed was Carroll, and unsurprisingly that wasn't under Pardew.
  12. Launched his own fashion range. http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/lifestyle/showbiz/newcastle-united-star-cheick-tiote-6662938
  13. Tbf a determined like Cabaye did improve. Aye, but probably entirely of his own accord. None of our younger players seem to develop whatsoever under Pardew.
  14. Ah man, imagine having a good manager that helps develop players. Santon could be so good with some decent coaching.
  15. Surprised there's not a bit more hype around Delph. Doing really well now after a poor start at Villa. Always looked like he was going to be a future England player when he was at Leeds.
  16. Yeah, he was shit (no worse than Tioté or Sissoko, mind). To be expected when played in a midfield two and with a long ball philosophy though.
  17. Bizarre that our entire attacking plan has been centered around one of the worst players in the league.
