Think Everton are showing exactly how you deal with Brighton here. Man Utd did it last week pretty well too (obviously lost, but that's because they were poor with the ball). Defend extremely narrow to combat their box midfield and do not press their centre backs at all.

Joelinton and Isak are the only two capable of attacking the ball properly and I feel like we rarely aim for either of them directly. There's definitely some work that needs doing on the training pitch.

Schar missed a header from 3 yards out today, Botman missed one last week. We miss loads of easy headers but Trips gets the flack because sometimes he doesn’t get past the first man. Botman doesn’t have a goal this season despite us (I’m fairly sure) having the highest xG from set pieces in the league.

If we can manage his fitness like we have done with Wilson this season we can get 30 games out of him next season at least. He managed 35/38 PL games last season. We'd have to spend £80m to get someone of his ability to replace him.

Despite not playing much this season, ASM has improved massively. He's always been a good dribbler but now he is more complete. Isak is going to be the central striker in future seasons, definitely. Just feel like we can get away with playing him and Wilson together for most of the rest of this season. Especially with ASM out and Wilson in this kind of form.

Has to be worth a go. Not sure Arsenal is the time to try it, but if we can get away defensively with ASM on the left I reckon we can manage it with Isak too. Just feels like we are guaranteed to score goals when they're both on the field; especially at home. Too much fret to handle.
