He hasn't played in his proper position since Sissoko joined. Shouldn't be played out wide at all because he isn't direct enough, but obviously he shouldn't be played ahead of Sissoko either so his place is on the bench atm. Ironically he'd fit in at Liverpool under Rodgers.

Not all footballers are in the team to create or score goals. I'd much rather midfielders kept hold of the ball and used it wisely rather than making daft passes which only come off 1/5 times.

Santon bashing seems to have gotten out of hand imo. He could do with a game or two out just so he doesn't feel too comfortable, but he's hardly been awful.
