To be fair if we hadn't been relegated NUFC would have kept Rafa anyway due to the 3 year contract he signed. I'd rather we hadn't been relegated but managing to keep Rafa is a massive positive following that huge negative. The changes to his contract post relegation might well be better for the club in the big picture, assuming we're all correct in thinking the changes give him more control of the day to day running.
