Down to ten men now as well, Tomkins.

Does it matter if you have accounts with most bookies already or is it all just new customer offers.

Lovely finish from Ladislav Krejčí (the kid Pav has been tapping up for us) to equalise against the Germans.

1st time i've seen Douglas and am not impressed. Don't think this is the Douglas we were after, he plays in Russia I think.

To be fair that Palace side is basically Pardew's wet dream, perfectly suited to his one and only style of play. If he keeps it together then the people expecting him to get them relegated are going to be disappointed, they won't progress too much but they aren't going down either there's too much shite down there for it to happen. We're going to have to wait until the inevitable England appointment before we finally witness the fallout.

Even if everyone in China rolled their eyes at this, it wouldn't be enough. Succeeded to fail is the most galling part. As though his acheivements were nothing at all except a lost title race Unfortunately that's the view of a lot of Newcastle fans who are too young to remember, there's a lad on another forum who hates Keegan and keeps trying to compare Pardew with Bobby Robson. Basically the entire Geordie stereotype stems from those era's which they never got to experience first hand and there's a lot of resentment because of it so they make it their mission in life to prove that they're this grounded fan, the one sane and sensible geordie floating above the sea of delusion so they follow the general nationwide view (bottled the title, quitter, look at that video man get a grip etc) in order to fit in. Or maybe that lad on the other forum is just genuinely insane, he did come out with this gem just one week ago; "Also, I've been a season ticket holder for 10 years, and I genuinely can't think of many better CB's than Mike Williamson Newcastle have had in that time. - Seriously he's currently 4th."

Direct replies to someone linking this thread over there. "79 goals for Newcastle and still their fans moan no wonder Alan Pardew must be loving being at Palace now." "Academy product and local boy, nigh on two decades in all at the club he's supported his whole life, sat on the bench next to people earning twice what he did instead of go in search of first-team football elsewhere, played hundreds of games, scored and made goals in the league, cups, European competition...Toon fans: 'hahaha guy's a c*nt hope I never have to see him again!!!' F*ck off you utter dickheads... " "I always thought the piss-taking of the "best fans in the country" tag was a bit of jealousy but having read more of their views than ever before during the last few weeks what with Pardew coming here and whatnot they do seem to be right up there in the muppetry stakes. And more than a little delusional. "

George Caulkin @CaulkinTheTimes 3m3 minutes ago Happy New Yoan Gouffran, who gets another start for NUFC after bringing in a Steak Bake for John Carver this morning in lieu of an apple.

Apparently we're such a small time club that London-based Championship clubs are more attractive to players than we are, plus the usual deluded, know your place stuff, stop hating on us poor little southerners.
-
And then history repeated itself and we all lost the bet, just saying like.
-
Aye Wolves done me over too, really should have checked the H2H record first though, 7 wins on the bounce now for Huddersfield and unbeaten in 11.
-
Credit to the players for coping with the pressure of being backed to the hilt for 90 minutes. Aye, ok.

Scott Wilson @Scottwilsonecho 28s He's spoken to Ashley and knows what's coming this weekend. But he remains determined to tough it out. Much more on Echo website soon. #NUFC I don't think you do Alan

Scott Wilson @Scottwilsonecho 1m Just leaving Pardew's press conference. Safe to say, he's got no intention of stepping down. Determined to tackle his critics head on. #NUFC

I've never used them but I think the ID thing is pretty much standard procedure with most Asian bookies.

Who the fuck you get that with? Best I could find was evens on Ladbrokes. Betfair Sportsbook, few decent specials on there.

Apparently Fiorentina and Torino have a 'friendship' which is the main reason for those odds, but you never know professional pride and all that.

£5 West Brom v Fulham, Tranmere v Coventry over 0.5 1st half goal double just came in at 2.02. Same bet and odds for Marseille v Lorient, Galatasaray v Besiktas.

Is he? I saw a tweet just now where he's saying the problems are the same as last year and then were solved by signing players. The implication being none of it is pardew's fault. Again. Nah, he's saying that Pardew's shiteness was masked by the new signings and will be again if we spend in the summer.

Goal and assist for Shola 1-2.
