I doubt players like Ben Arfa and Cabaye share your views. Ba probably would as long as he was getting the goals, I doubt the others enjoy it too much. Its not just these type of players who don't like the approach but the facts are they been bullshitted into thinking they are signing for a manager that shares the same philosophy of the game as they do.

i like jonas but i don't see him as a midfield 3. He don't fit in that system, where he fits in well is in a Pardew flat rigid 4-4-1-1 system, where you get that double pivot system of the fullback and winger working in tandems. His passing has never been good, not his strength, but he has not become a bad player over night.

be interesting to see what type of teams our players get loaned out to in january. if its to teams that tries to play football that will tell you Pardew has plans down the road for our future. If the players goes to kick and rush teams then that will just cement what we thought of him all along.

he's still a decent player, but playing badly compared to last season. To say he's finished is going way over board. He fitted into a system last season that worked , this season it's not just him thats bad. Colo, Cisse, Tiote , has been really poor compared to last season, are they finished as well?
